  • Exceptional piece of theatre.

by MLK on 2025-11-25Meridian Arts Centre: Greenwin Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Great script. I was surprised by the profound insight in respect of humanity in the Western world. Riveting. Two fabulous actors. This play should be taken much broader than Jewish theatre. In fact, I do not recall anything about a particular religion. Why not seek broad commercial success with How Do We Get Out of Here?!?

  • Delivering a message on autism in a very smart humorous way

by Theatre Goers on 2025-11-25Meridian Arts Centre: Greenwin Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This play was very well done and delivered a message about autism and how people pre-judge and may criticize and bully autistic people although an autistic individual can provide support to others by providing knowledgeable and caring advice in a very smart, humorous and entertaining way! Definitely worth seeing!

  • It was great from all points of view

  • Fantastic play

We really enjoyed the production of the Harold Green Jewish Theater "Without an evil eye". The story was extremely compelling. The acting was wonderful. The theater itself is a perfect size to have a very cozy feel. You can see the stage well from any seat. We will definitely go to another production by this theater.

  • Simon & Garfunkel

by Not what I expected on 2025-10-29Meridian Arts Centre: George Weston - TorontoRating: 3 out of 5

Folk music music played like show tunes. Musicality & Execution was excellent but would rather hear their music as composed.

The audience should be hung up by their toe nails! What a talented cast and the audience sat on their hands and did not applaud Great cast terrible audience

  • Excellent all around.

by Mangomango on 2025-05-12Meridian Arts Centre: Greenwin Theatre - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

The adults were fantastic. Generally, I am not a big fan of “kid” actors especially those not professionally trained. I was hesitant when I heard they got kids from a local non-Arts high school to perform but all I can say is WOW!! What an impressive group! Having to play traumatized kids is tough and they were excellent. Violin, musical effects bravo! The whole experience was sad, of course, but also very creative and interesting. Congrats to the entire ensemble!!

  • Powerful Production

A very moving and persuasive performance of a horrific period in the lives of Jews. Bravo.
