  • Jamey Johnson nails it

by Coathanger on 2018-09-10River Cree Resort & Casino - EnochRating: 4 out of 5

Great show, good sound, and a nice positive vibe. Jamey was intimate with crowd, explained some of the history of the songs, and paid tribute to some other musician's that he had either wrote for, that had inspired him, or that he genuinely enjoyed. A really well balanced performance and set list.

Excellent concert. Great entertainer. Only disappointment was he did not come out for an encore

Show was absolutely fantastic! Jamey is the most underrated singer/songwriter of my generation!

Jamey Johnson puts on a very intimate show. From harmonicas to trumpets the music was unreal. A definite must see.

Would recommend to anyone. Great performers from all on stage. Would go again tomorrow

  • Such an amazing singer

We travelled from northern BC, Canada to watch Jamey sing and we were soooo glad we went. He seems to put such a depth of emotion into every song it's incredible to listen to. Chris henneesee was great as well. Jameys band did a great job too. Jamey could have been up there with just his guitar and we would have loved it still. Singer songwriters like Jamey don't come along every day. To my husband and I he is up there with Merle haggard, Johnny and George. Thanks for sharing your soul Jamey.

  • Amazing!!!!

Jamey is one of the last true performers!! I have seen him 3 times in 11 months and each time is better then the last. He is a performer not an entertainer, some people need to learn the difference. He plays for 3 hours straight!! I rather that then entertainer who spends more time dancing or changing clothes, that's not what country it about! He is amazing both on and off the stage, I cant wait to see him again!

  • Disappointing...

I am a huge Jamey Johnson fan (and still am), however I can not help but be extremely disappointed with his preformance. The sound and his voice were as you would expect...great, but I have never been to a more impersonable concert where he didnt even acknowledge the crowd in any way shape or form. It was like he was doing us a favour...not that we paid decent money to see him. That wouldnt have bothered me so much, but he did not play "In Color", "Playing the Part" which are not only crowd favorites but damn good songs. No encore just silence after he left the stage...it was like he forgot to come back. In fact it was like he was never really there...
