Alabama put on a show like always! Not to mention their fiddler Meigan Mullins was amazing! Highly recommend!
Blown away by the performance of Alabama, especially at their age. They put on an amazing show!
Could not have been better!!! Randy, Teddy and friends had us cheering and singing along to our hearts content. But, as usual it ended way too soon! Cathy R.
Even though we were 45 minutes late. (My daughter read the time wrong) We enjoyed the rest of the performances. Having the audience participation was wonderful. Hearing each band member sign their favorite Alabama song made it a lot more meaningful. Alabama has been on my bucket list for many many years. I'm so glad I was finally able to attend. Hopefully Randy has a few more good years and I'm able to go see them again. On another note I thought he was a bit off and wondered if maybe he'd suffered a stroke. He did cancel Big Sky in 2020 then again last year. Well I was off a bit on my thoughts. Just found out he has Parkisons Deseise. I know MJ Fox has had a low key active career and he was diagnosed about 40 years ago. Keep on keeping on. Hope to see them again.
The original band members are now in their mid 70's. With that being said, they can still bring a great performance. The band played a two hour set. Members of the back up band performed some of the songs, and they were excellent. I have seen Alabama several times in the past, and I am glad that we took the opportunity to see Randy and Teddy performing once again. Classy musicians. Great performance.
What a wonderful experience. Show was fantastic. No need for all the bells and whistles when you have talent! So happy to have gotten to see one of my favourite bands. Check it off my bucket list.
The Band Alabama was great and very energizing. Also I enjoyed the warm up band. It was a great performance. However, Ticketmaster doesn't know how to get their tickets on your phone. I bought 2 tickets, but was only able to use one of them because we couldn't get the other ticket up on the phone. I was very disappointed and my husband didn't go to the event due to this problem.
First off, Randy Owen is 74 years old and has kinda morphed into George Lucas looks wise. Even at his age though he looked physically even older. You're not going to see 1985 Alabama. The music videos from back in the day on some songs were nice nostalgia when they played on the screen. The sound was good, not great. It got better as the show went on and you have to factor in age. The setlist could have removed Sad Looking Moon and Red River and replaced them with Roll On (odd to not play it considering the tour name) and High Cotton. I thought being in their namesake home state might warrant an extra song in the encore, but no. I might replace When We Make Love too...just kinda weird with a 74 year old singing it...felt like a Viagra ad. Otherwise the setlist was fine and these are legendary country songs. Glad to see these guys finally in person, but their original farewell tour was 20 years ago. I don't see them touring much longer because of obvious physical limitations, but could see them maybe limit performing to an annual June Jam appearance in Ft Payne where they play 6-7 of their biggest hits.
Bucket list babe and they did not disappoint even at the age they are. Would have been awesome to see them in their prime.
