Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Evening Tickets

Like everyone else, I'd seen Jason perform on the tube with various groups and while enjoyed the music, he was just the son of a famous, no infamous, rock drummer of one of the greatest groups ever. However, after witnessing Jason's performance and interaction with the crowd at Rama, I would go see him again in a heartbeat! The musicians were top notch and would be hard pressed to not believe I was listening to Jimmy and John Paul as well. Only wished he would have talked a little more about his father and LZ as he saw it growing up. He definitely carries John's genes and hopefully will continue to rock for a lot longer time than Dad. If you've never seen Led Zepplin live, this is about as close as you will get without Jimmy and John Paul on board (Plant is a d@#$). Now if I can just score tickets for the Heart concert in Oshawa!

As someone who grew up in the 70's, I closed my eyes for a minute and thought I went back 40 years. The concert is a must see for Zeppelin fans. The band was outstanding, sound, lighting and venue were perfect. A great concert and well worth the money. I went with my son and his friends and we had a great time.

This is as close as you'll get to seeing the original band. Sounded the same to me, probably better.

Hats off to Jason and the band for a brilliant performance of their Led Zeppelin experience. Jason is truly proud and passionate of his father's music and this is evident throughout the concert. He is very grateful for the short time he spent with his father who would be very proud of his son for carrying on his great legacy! Congratulations to Jason again, highly recommended for a great night of rocking and memories.

Great show, albeit a bit short 1hr. 25min. Disappointed with the venue because my kid is 15 and would have loved to see it as well. It was an 19 and over show.

I think they did a great job we had a great crowd just waiting to hear music from the iconic group. I would have liked to have heard no quarter. I also know that this would have been a very hard song to do right. I brought my son.and my daughter and her boyfriend were also there, we all enjoyed it.

Zeplin experience was greater than just an experience. High energy with extreme power behind the drum kit, showing the true dymanics and continuing the legacy left by his father that flows so strongly through the veins of the son.

Wonderful show : Jason is an excellent drummer and the lead singer replicated Robert Plant voice very well. Enjoyed the personal stories, but would have liked to hear more. However the sound was not as balanced as one would expect from such a venue: the guitar was very difficult to discern from the bass (way too boomy). Great selection of songs, but it didn't leave much room for soloing. One thing that I found disapointing from the audience: at the end of the show, Jason explained that they would play as long as people "made some noise", that the louder the crowd would get, the longer they would play. Unfortunately, the Ottawa audience did not get the message and the group left after only one encore.

Gave my nephew "z" 2 tickets for his 16th B-day - Got a call the next day saying simply: Thanks so much - the show was just AMAZING, was blown away by the staging - my buddy and I rocked! That's it, that's all that need be said!! THANKS for bringing it all JASON!!!

I've attended at least 3-4 Led Zeppelin shows in the past 2 years and this one was THE BEST EVER. It's a concert pointed as a tribute to the great Bonzo. Jason is a phenominal drummer (just like his dad). The singer is unbelievable. He sounds JUST like Robert Plant. If you were to close your eyes, you'd think you're at a real original Led Zeppelin show. This show lasts for a full 2 hours and I wish it would have continued for another two. Being a Zeppelin fan, I never get enough of them. I hope that they come back again next year.

The NAC is a fantastic venue to see someone like Jason Bonham for that intimate appeal. Jason was very charismatic about his relationship with his father. "Over the Hills" and "Thank You" were my all time favorites and Jason and his band brought tears to my eyes. Just loved it!! The vocals were also shockingly good. The band was tight, Jason also added a few little tid bits into his drumming skills- fantastic show...We could have stayed for another 2 hrs just loving it and listening...One of the best shows we have seen at the NAC, also folks got out of their seats- don't see that very often at the NAC- way to Rock Ottawa- do it again and again...

Decent show. Jason Bonham was great. But the sound was just ok. The guitar did not sound distinct. And the singer was a deception for me. How can you duplicate Robert Plant.

Jason Bonham's Led Zeppelin Experience performance was the best of all the Led Zeppelin concert that I attended. Jason gave his all in this concert.

In a single word, AWESOME, shut your eyes and you were listening to the almighty Led Zep. The whole band sound was amazing. I would definitely go back again and again.

I took my two teenage boys with me to see Jason and his band. We had a great time and they have a new appreciation for the power of Zeppelin. NAC acoustics are second to none and the was no distortion issues (Marie99 not sure what show you were at, or you are not a Zeppelin fan). Set list included everything from Stairway to When the Levee Breaks. Hoping Jason will make a return visit to Ottawa.

The event was good, start exactly at time with the most popular zeppelin songs ever, very good, but¡ the problem was the sound. Do not matter what kind of band is, rock, blues etc. The sound is always bad, of course a rock concert is gonna be loud, but could be good. The band is excelent, vocals are fantastic identical to Plant´s voice and music is good if you can hear something clear.
