  • Awesome show

We absolutely loved the Jeff Goldblum concert. He has a way of making the audience feel like he's everyone's friend. Cool touch to get us all standing and singing Oh Canada! All of his band members seem so connected and happy to be playing together. And we especially love his bass player/music director Alex Frank.

Exactly what I expected. I watch a lot of Jeff and the MSO on youtube and it was so much better in person. I wish it had been a longer concert. 1.5 hrs was not long enough. Location was fabulous, seating was comfortable, nice venue for him, not too crowded, great sound, good view. Can't wait for the next show.

  • A lifetime achievement for the star and the crowd

by Randy from Canada on 2025-07-01Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Let me tell you, I purchased my tickets the day they became available and waited in anticipation; the whole time building up in my mind how good this show was going to be. Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra not only met my expectations, they exceeded them. From the moment he walked out onto the stage, Mr Goldblum had the audience eating from his palm, and they did so with glee. He has such charisma! I saw him at Toronto’s famed Massey Hall, a venue at which the well travelled performer had never played. That night, near the beginning of the show, he acknowledged a number of special guests including the parents of one of his band mates and his own mother- and father-in-law. Throughout the show, he told anecdotes from his career and gave background information about the numbers being performed, the whole time playing to the audience and really letting us know we were no less appreciated than the VIPs in attendance. As entertaining as Jeff was (and by the end of the night, I felt like I could really call him by his first name), his band was equally good. In fact, they were professional perfection. The five members of the MSO were featured throughout the evening as they performed numbers from their current release, Still Blooming. And of course, it wasn’t just the band that got to shine; they brought out a guest vocalist and a guest trumpeter who both illuminated the stage in their own right. My recommendation is, if you get the chance to see this outstanding act, don’t waste it. You will be entertained, you will be uplifted, you will be left with the kind of buzz that just doesn’t go away. Amazing.

  • Great, upbeat evening

by Chris on 2025-07-01Massey Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

Jeff’s upbeat energy was infectious and he had everyone laughing and pumped before the band arrived. The band’s performance was flawless and the “surprise” guests meshed well with the established group when they performed. Though as good as the music was, it was Jeff’s energy and gabbing between songs that made it special. I’d go see these guys every month for a dose of happiness and energy if I could.

One of the most amazing experiences - event of a lifetime! Jeff Goldblum and the Mildred Snitzer Orchestra delivered a jaw dropping performance that gave us goos ebumps and left us in tears towards the end of the event. We hope we will be fortunate enough to experience this again!!!

  • Amazing!

Talking about entertainment… as a lover of The Great American Songbook, Jeff delivered. He was charismatic, funny and brought the best music and guests. I almost jumped out of my seat when Benny Benack III showed up on stage. The band is separate unto itself. Fantastic musicians. All in all, so worth it!

Truly personal and personable; sassy, charming and an amazing band. Would definitely see this crew again if they come back. I expected it to be good...I didn't expect to fall in love!
