Both comedians were excellent but the opening act was a no show! Would have liked to see Tom Papa.
Both comedians were top of their game, glad we went to see. It was definitely a superb evening. We originally purchased 2 tickets in the nosebleed 300 section ($154.50 for 2 tickets including taxes). When we got to the venue (Centre Bell), the 300s were closed and therefore we were given new tickets by staff. The new tickets were in 100 section, so definitely an upgrade and much better view point. Both Jim and Jerry had great materials, with ample time during the show dedicated to each comedian. It was like a buy 1 get 2 deal, plus free seat upgrades!
I bought these tickets primarily to see Jim Gaffigan. Jerry Seinfeld was absolutely hilarious. I am less familiar with his work so that was a nice surprise. After watching so many of Jim’s specials, I had a lot higher expectations as to how funny he would be. He was good, but I feel he was not reaching his full potential. There was an opener, a gentleman named Tom. I can’t say that he brought a whole lot to the show. Overall, a good night. I was glad we went.
It was all I expected and more!! Jim Gaffigan with his family drama act is always funny! Jerry Seinfeld is just pure comedy genius! love every moment of the show.
Well what's better than two of the funniest comics? Bringing along a third. That's correct Jerry Seinfeld, Jim Gaffigan, and Tom Papa.
Gerry was in fine form full of energy and new material! Great show. Jim G always is steadfast and won’t disappoint with his routine. It’s really nice to see this kind of collaboration, for sure, the spectators win.
Amazing show! Two giants of stand up comedy! Laugh, laugh and laugh.
The show was decent. It started maybe 15-20 minutes late but that's acceptable considering Bell Center security. Both comedians showed up on stage for a joint segment at the beginning, which was alright, then Jim had his act and was followed by Jerry's. I would say neither was funnier than the other. They both had a few good laugh out loud moments interspersed with a lot of "meh"content that was mildly relatable and kinda-sorta funny. The shared content felt strangely delivered, like Jerry was telling the same jokes that Jim had already told but only slightly differently. I'd say the show was OK but not great, and for the most part very forgettable.
The show was good but I have to say that for the price they charged, I found it to be a little short. The two of them came out together for about 5-10 minutes max. Then Gaffigan came out for 45 minutes followed by Seinfeld for an hour.
