Jill Barber Tickets

If you've only listened to Jill Barber then you were in for a surprise. She looks nothing like she sounds. This songstress has a wonderfully flowing and graceful stage presents that adds a sensual component to her presentation. Her voice is a composition of a little bit of Bernadette Peters and an awful lot of Betty Bop and Edith Piaf. Her songs nail the emotional pangs of a romantic breakup and the joys that everyday small things in life bring. Her interaction with the audience, especially her two youngest fans, was both honest and very personable. I think everyone came away knowing Jill a little better and liking her a whole lot more. Her band was tight and on key making the presentation both musical and professional.

Loved the show Friday night at the Winter Garden. The acoustics were phenomenal. I saw her in Burlington on Valentine's Day almost two years ago and she blew me away. Love listening to her music including her recent French CD. In all , a wonderful performer with a great personality to meet everyone's expectations!! Bon Travail !!! Jill Barber is a lovely performer. Genuinely sweet and charming and her voice is great. Excellent backup musicians and nicely paced with a little chat from time to time. The Wintergarden is excellent. I was worried that we would be too far away but the venue is very intimate. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house.

The talent of Jill Barber and the band were absolutely spectacular! The venue only added to the performance making it an absolutely magical night.

Jill Barber is amazing!!! Her voice is astounding and her stage presence is something that all artists should reach for!!! The show was really interactive, Jill and her band seem to have a great cohesion and I didn't want the show to end!!!

I cannot express how much I loved watching Jill Barber this past Sat. night at the NAC, 4th Stage. Her voice was hipnotic and she naturally engaged everyone in the audience. She had us singing and laughing at her stories between songs. All band members were wonderfull and played amazing. Next time she is in town, we will be there again! So much fun!

Jill is a real talent. The Band is great and they have wonderful chemistry. I wish to see them again in the future.

Like so many others, I first heard Jill Barber when I caught her "Chances" video playing on BRAVO a couple of years ago, and I was hooked. I couldn't wait to see such an amazing talent, live; so my expectations were very high. I wasn't disappointed. This was an amazing concert. Every song a winner! And what a wonderful group of talented musicians! The Studio is a perfect venue for such an intimate concert. I loved every minute of it! Can someone tell me why Jill Barber hasn't been scooped up by a large record label?

Great band,good singer with good crowd pleasing moves and personality

Absolutely amazing! I shed a tear when she sang the first song (Chances) - not just because I was out for the first time in ages, but her voice is impeccable. It was better than the radio, better than the album, and the band was incredible. A perfect balance, and the energy was tangible. Will definitely be on my 'to do' list again as soon as she's back in town.

The show was terrific. She was in great form, the band was superb, the acoustics were terrific, it's a great space to see a show.

We were JUST introduced to Jill on "The Q" (CBC) and didn't know what to expect from the preformance. We travelled about 1.5 hours to get there and from the moment she came on the stage in her Cathy Daley dress she owned us. AS did the talent in her incredible band. This woman's a real pro. Oh My My

Jill Barber is poised, elegant, gracious, funny, entertaining, beautiful, charming and extremely talented. Her sultry voice is enchanting and the band was wonderful. The venue is perfect for an intimate and interactive performance. One of the most memorable points of the evening was when Jill's microphone glitched, so she came out into the audience and continued singing. It's so nice to watch people who clearly love what they do and are such a tightly knit group. Another highlight of the evening was getting the chance to meet her after the show and get her autograph. We hope she comes back to the Studio soon!

Jill Barber brings you in a dream world with songs, music and specially her unique voice. She even charmed the audience with one French song that reminded me of Edith Piaf. In the second part, Michael Kaeshammer took us to another level with his high energetic charisma with and exceptional band. That artist is very generous with the audience and the musician. I recommend to anyone that would like to be in time travel trip to see these artists

Jill Barber is great. Michael Kaeshammer blew us away. That guy has more talent than one person should legally have.
