Jimmy Buffett will be unforgetable! My first time...my husband birthday gift....he is such a fan....since spending time living in Florida.....dynamic, entertaining and fun! Just added great memories to our life! Buffett is spontaneuous and true to human kind a great example that he is setting.....Enjoy your life! .....on this note I am on my way to a sunny beach!
Had a great time as always. Although dissappointed with the encore song selection.
jimmy is always great, but thought there was too much of a lull after the intermission and we couldn't seem to recover and get back in the mood after. i'll buy your new album, jimmy, but pls play only your hits live. that's we are all there for!
Concert was amazing. If you are a Jimmy Buffet fan than you left this concert knowing the money you spent was well worth it even if ticketmaster are thieves.
This event was awesome, from the tailgating in the parking lot, to the atmosphere inside. I would definitely recommend this event to a friend. I've seen Buffett a few times now, and am looking forward to seeing him again in concert!
We have seen Jimmy Buffett many times and it is always a great time and a great show and this time was no exception. His concerts are by far one of the best concerts that we attend. The fans are always fun!!!!! The party in the parking lot is always a great time!!!! Jimmy puts on a great show !!!!!!! One big beach party !!!!!! We always try to see him at least once a year. GO JIMMY !!!!!!!!!
OMG -- last night's concert was terrific. It had been years since I'd been to DTE Music Theatre (Pine Knob,) and couldn't believe the changes. Also, the fans & the transformation of the parking lots into tropical themed "campgrounds," was such a surprise, and fun to wander thru. Everyone was having fun, fun, fun!!! Jimmy Buffet & his band, certainly know how to connect with the audience & keep them dancing, singing along, etc. Overall it was a great night!!
the rain sucked, the pizza was cold, the landshark lager was only cool but the band and jimmy where hot hot hot.. a packed house was up and rockin all night.
I have been a Jummy Buffet fan forever. Love his music and have always wanted to see one of his shows. Las Vegas gave us the perfect timing and opportunity. Keep in mind that I am seventy four and my wife is seventy five. As she said "if you live long enough you can see it all" All the pre show activities and the show itself were terrific and both of us enjoyed the complete event. And who knows we might even catch another show. Say Hi, to Jimmy!
Went down for a guys weekend away! Jimmy Buffett was the perfect event to focus the weekend around. Always good music and with it always come good people who just want to have fun!
This was an amazing concert. It was our second for Jimmy Buffett, the first was in San Diego and flying from Eastern Canada to both shows on the other side of North America was worth every penney!!!!! He was his laid back, flip flop wearing self that made you want to stay on your feet, raise a glass and forget about the real world for just a few hours. We are looking forward to his next tour!
Almost 3 hours!! Jimmy engaged the audience and played his heart out. 2 encores; with the band and one just Jimmy & his acoustic guitar. We loved every minute.
One of the best parts of the whole day was the event staff letting us tailgaters in early. No line-up out on the highway waiting to get in. And yes the show itself was probably one of the better shows I've seen Buffett do, and I've seen quite a few.
I'm old hat at concert going. We travel to see Jimmy Buffett from Canada to the US at least once a year! My husband and I are old parrotheads from years back. Jimmy Buffett puts on the best concert ever. His followers get into costume and being there is just like a giant beach party. Jimmy plays his 'drunken Caribbean rock and it's always a party you'll never forget! He shows a great slideshow of the tail gate parties that happen prior to his concerts. Real people getting together to see him. He also usually shows himself playing around the city where the concert is being held. He joins in with the city and you never know if you may run into him there. He's truly a man for the people.. JIMMY BUFFETT FOR PRESIDENT! I'd like to see Jimmy come to Calgary. We're finally getting a Margaritaville, so let's get Jimmy here.
Very good show, lots of interesting people, good music, very entertaining! Lots of stairs to walk at Irvine Ampitheater though.
This is the type of event that catches you by surprise even if you are not a fan. Never really knew much about this guy and his music. Have now been to 2 of his shows in Vegas and by far, this last one was such a great concert all the way around. We had great seats, and the music was uplifting in these challenging times. The weather leading up to the show made everything great. The band and the backup singers were really, really captivating and all the fans that came dressed in some type of crazy costume relating to the songs were really cool. Something to take in for sure..
Superb! This man could write a book on how to perform a concert and give the people what they want. Two and a half hours including all his hits. The couple newer songs he did were strategically after a short intermission when people were still filing back in. He works the audience like nobody else. He has a great sense of humor but doesn't talk too long. Just enough! Great energy! You feel like you are watching someone in their 20's, not 60's.
We went, we got drunk and Jimmy Buffett was awesome as usual - go see him you will have the best time!
