This show was 30 minutes late to start because apparently they oversold the show and had to seat people plastic chairs on the side of the stage. Ari Shaffir (some may recognize him as 'The Amazing Racist') was the opener and he did a great 30 minute set. Joe was funny as usual and he even took random questions and topics from the audience.
Joe Rogan is a fricking funny guy. Even the opener Ari was funny as hell.
Amazing Venue, with amazing performance. Got your money's worth with a 3.5 hour show, Joe rules!

Great show, great venue, no bad seats. Joe Rogan was hilarious. Ari the Jew was crazy funny. The only downfall of the show was near the end when we had to bolt so our car wasn't stuck in the parkade all night. And that I still have Hey there Delilah stuck in my head. Grr
The show started off great, very funny. The "Question and Answer" was terrible. I didn't go to the show to hear the audience give Joe ideas about what to talk about; this is his profession, he should come up with his own stuff. By the end of the show people were walking out; the last 30 minutes was hard to sit through. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money to see Joe Rogan.

This guy never seeks to amaze me with his views on life. He has a dirty mind and says things peolpe would never say outloud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is the second time I have seen him and would highly recommend going to see his stand up.
Ari Shaffir was a blast and keep me laughing the whole time with jokes that were totally outside the box. Joe Was also hilarious throughout his bit except he couldnt finish on a high note. The so called "Q&A" at the end was so horible that my girlfriend and I wanted to leave, but unffortunitly we were in the middle of the seating and didnt want to trouble the other guests. It dragged on for about 15 minutes, just people shouting out 1 word questions and Joe telling them they were stupid, or not understanding it at all. As well as a 5 minute bit with some idiot from the audience who wanted to get up on stage and tell a joke. like i said, it started out with fireworks and ended like a roadflair. Just staying long enough to see what would happen next.
I've seen a lot of his stuff on the net, pretty funny guy. The venue was poor, a tent with folding chairs, my ass was killing me by the end of the show. Rogan had mic problems, and we couldn't hear some of his jokes (my seats were in the back). It seemed like rogan just wanted to get through his show and take off.. The opening act was funny, could hear the fella and he had some really good material. Rogan needs to lay off the weed a bit and concentrate on his act.
Overall he is amazing, his comedy is fresh. Going in we expected see most of the material from his stand up special on Spike from a couple of months ago. WRONG, it was fresh, new and relevant. The only issue was the Q&A, he did the best he could with the idiots shouting moronic statements. The fact that he called his opening act on stage to tell stories etc was refreshing, they clearly are friends and he comes across as a human being not a stuck up celebrity. We did not stay around for photos etc, that was very nice of him to do. I would pay to see the exact same material from him again, I can only say that about a handful of comedians. That said his stuff is not for every one. Realists are his target audience.
funniest comedy show I've ever seen
Ok so why whenever a bigger name comedian comes to Edmonton, do they get drunk and high before the show and bomb like it's pearl harbor? Yes Joe your are doing comedy in a big quonset hut but come on a little professionalism. Disappointed.
The opening Act was really funny! Joe Rogan was great. He did use some old stuff but it was still funny. The Q and A at the end of his set sucked but mostly because the questions sucked.
Joe Rogan was very disappointing at best. Not only did he run out of material after about an hour and just decided to ask questions from the audience, he overkilled some of the jokes/topics that he was trying to tell and that made for a very long evening.
Overall a great show. Needs to drop the bit about babies & 5 year olds though instant turn off. OTher than that part of his routine had me laughing alot!
that was our first time with Joe Rogan.... and I would recommend this show to everybody........ talking about sex and sex experience on this continent is something you will never see again.... sometimes it's little too much... it was fun..... and don't believe everything he is saying..... LOVE IT..... WE HAD SOOOOO MUCH FUN
