Fantastic evening, took our 7 year our Granddaughter who is a huge fan of "John's" as she calls him. She was dancing in her seat and singing to every song. I'd definetely go again.
Great concert! The band was awesome and looked like they were having alot of fun. John Fogerty was terrific - definitely would see him again.

I was unable to attend the John Fogerty concert as I was sick. I knew I wouldn't be able to sit through the concert. I waited until the last minute, so my ticket went unused. I so wanted to see this concert. Had heard wonderful things about it, and am an huge fan. Like many others, I spent a lot of time listening to and dancing to John Fogerty's music. I hope I will again get the chance to attend one of his concerts. I was so terribly disappointed not to have been there.

Speaking as an old rocker myself, I know that going to see some of these guys - now in their 60s - is a bit of a gamble. Some have aged better than others and some, like Fogerty, seem not to have aged AT ALL. I never had the opportunity to see CCR in in the '60s but I can't imagine that the show would have been any better than what I saw. The only disappointment is that Fogerty can't possibly fit all that great music into one show, even at two full hours. In fact we enjoyed him so much we booked tickets to see him at another show a few days later in another town, and we DID hear a couple of songs we hadn't, so he mixes it up a bit. And he looks like he'll be going strong for a while yet, so catch him if you have a chance.
The show was incredible. Simply put, the finesse of his records was displayed on stage with all the enthusiasm and electricity that a concert requires-and then some.
John Fogerty presented one of the best concerts of the year for me. He has such an ability to entertain. Every one of his songs, from Creedence up to his solo hits got the crowd moving and dancing.
John played all the great old Creedence songs, plus some of his own, with a driving passion and that same raspy tenor. His band, lead by Billy Burnette, he of the Burnette family rockabilly blueblood, was also excellent as was the sound. The venue, the ACC southend concert setup was much more intimate than other concerts that I have gone to in the full ACC, with its murky sound and booming bass. Please bring John Fogerty back!
Fogerty was extremely high energy. We had great seats and were singing his songs for days afterward. The downsized venue was perfect. It gave the concert a very intimate feel. I would not hesitate to buy tickets for myself and friends to see John Fogerty again!
Classic tunes, great set list. Terrible sound quality. Too loud... John had to prove he could belt out, sounded like he was yelling rather than singing those classics. Previous shows he displayed some personality, this time he told a couple of token stories, screamed out the songs and got out of tow. ACC was in its concert bowl configuration and should have much better acoustics. Maybe JF belted them out too loud, maybe the set up was wrong..... Nonetheless...it will be a long time before i consider attending another concert at ACC and probably won't go see John again... too bad because he and CCR are one of my favourites..
What a show! What a concert! John absolutely rocked! It was a dream to watch a legend, John Fogerty of the mighty CCR. I will never forget the concert or get tired of his music. The venue was great as well. I had a very good seat with a great view. The best part was I did not have any idea of my seat's location when I booked my ticket. So it was a pleasant surprise. Nice crowd as well...the audience. Everyone had a really great rockin' good time. I would definitely pay to see him again. God bless you John Fogerty!
Enjoyed the show JF played amazing guitar and had a decent band. I took my 15 year old son to his first concert he was up on his feet for all the CCR and Solo hits. Really went by fast as most songs were under three minutes because of the radio style for top 40 at the time of the heyday.
After seeing John Fogerty at the Air Canada Centre it was easy to see who was the creative talent behind C.C.R. He sounded just as good as he did 35 years ago! All his music was played from old gems to the more recent. Hope he returns!!
Totally awesome. John was in sync with the crowd. Very nice that he upgraded everyone's seats and didn't cancel the show even though attendance was low. A true showman.
John can still rock with the best of them, when he sticks to his legendary tunes. The voice we remember from CCR was still in range. His guitar playing, along with the backup support was A1. Outstanding drummer kept the tempo rocking. I know everyone has a preconceived list that they want to hear. At the end of the day, I wish the artist would reflect on what the fans came to hear, not have to span songs from their entire career. For years, John Fogerty could not sing his CCR songs in concert due to legal hassles. Now that he can, I wish he would have stuck to what brought him to the BIG time. Forget the fiddles and country tinged tunes that slowed down the momentum of the classics that we grew up listening to. Was I happy to see and hear this legend? Absolutely! Was there the excitement that would bring me back again? Probably not. Sure missed not hearing Hey Tonight and Travelin Band. Those were two songs that I came to hear and unfortunately went home without either. When you are in the twilight of your career, give what got you there. I just felt that I came to a banquet and I missed the desert course.
There aren't many shows you can go to in which you can sing along to over 90 % of the songs. This is one of them. This was a great sing-along event that I would defintely see again. Rollin' Rollin' Rolln' on the River! Way to go John!
John's voice and guitar playing is as great as it has always been. He doesn't show any sign of ageing in his performance. All of the CCR standards he played made my wife and I feel the way we did when we heard John singing these songs back in the 70's with his famous band. The band he played with for this performance complemented his singing in the CCR style. The concert bowl set up at the Air Canada Centre was very well suited to this performance, giving the feel of an intimate party with everyone having a rockin' good time.
Put on a great show. Played all the CCR hits he wrote and solo hits. Everyone sang along. John Fogerty is CCR. This might be the only chance to see this Rock Hall of Fame Group.
