Katy Perry is a globally renowned pop artist and 13-time Grammy nominee. She began her music career as a gospel singer before making her pop debut in 2008 with One of the Boys. The album peaked in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200 and spawned Perry’s first No. 1 hit with the Grammy-nominated "I Kissed a Girl." Perry quickly skyrocketed to pop icon status, achieving unprecedented success with her 2010 album Teenage Dream, which hit No. 1 and earned a Grammy nomination for Album of the Year. The album also produced five consecutive No. 1 singles with “California Gurls” (featuring Snoop Dogg), “Teenage Dream,” “Firework,” “E.T.” (featuring Kanye West) and “Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.).” In 2017, Perry made history by becoming the first artist to earn three RIAA Diamond Song Awards for “Firework,” “Dark Horse” and “Roar.” Perry now has seven diamond-certified titles. Her distinctive style, blending provocative lyrics with catchy pop melodies, has made her one of the best-selling music artists in history, with over 70 million albums sold worldwide. Beyond music, Perry has expanded her career into television, serving as a judge on “American Idol,” released her own fragrance with Killer Queen and was the subject of the 2012 documentary Katy Perry: Part of Me. In 2024, Perry released her seventh studio album, 143, which features the lead single “WOMAN’S WORLD."

    Capital Cities as one of the opening acts was so much fun and they already have so many hits of their own. They really set a great mood in getting everyone up dancing. Then Katy Perry provided 2 solid hours that were worth every penny. This was my 10 year old's first concert and she had a blast, dancing and singing all evening! However, it was awkward at times between wardrobe changes and the pizza thing was a bit weird.

    Went with my cousin and had an absolutely fun time! we were in the very last row of the ACC but were still able to see every bit of her fabulous show! Although she had a lot of costume changes, it was expected as her show has many elements throughout.

    The show was an attention grab from beginning to end with full colour sensory sets and incredible costumes for Katy and her back ups. The stage layout was great for all seats and really promoted movement around the entire stage keeping it exciting and energetic. Katy would "pop" through a trap door in 90 seconds with a new costume on - our girls LOVED it!!!!

    OMG she or all the team have outdone themselves! California Dreams was excellent but wow you just could not imagine what was coming up out of the stage next or from where or on what that Katy would appear! Liked her audience interaction. Bling, very glamorous, colorful and all appropiate costumes! Keep up the great work everyone!

    Katy Perry put on a great show Friday July 18th at the Air Canada Centre. I took my daughter and her friend and they had a blast. Our tickets were in the reflection section so the girls were able to get really close to all the performers.

    I was in the Reflection Section, so I got to see my idol up close which was AMAZING! I reached up many times to try and get a high five from her but she didn't really touch hands with too many people...I'm not sure if that is usual for her, since this is the first concert of hers I had been to. Her dancers gave high fives at the end of the concert which was nice. Also got high fives from members of Capital Cities, which was very cool. Overall, the price I paid was well worth the experience. I can now say I have seen Katy in concert. I would like to see her again, but if I don't get to that is okay. My dream was to see her once and I did.

    Katy Perry is a Fantastic Performer and her voice is amazing in a live concert! Katy's costumes were so beautiful and she really performs for her fans! She connects with her audience unlike anyone I have ever seen, speaking with the audience and calling up fans onto the stage. When you leave this concert, you feel that you have just had a lifetime experience.
