The waiting time was definitely worth it. We lined up at 6pm to get a great seat and we did. After seeing him 3 times at Bluesfest, we finally got to see him from 10 feet away. The small Bronson Place made it warm, close and cozy. Keb was just fantastic! The best show I've seen in a long time. I already knew he was a gifted musician, that he had a unique singing voice (low and warm and great phrasing), but I didn't know he was a good dancer (light on his feet). He also has great people skill and an obvious sense of humour. He appreciated his (slow to dance)audience and made us feel wanted.... Especially with the song: I'm in a dangerous mood. His musicians were also wonderful, playing with a variety of guitars, a steel guitar, a mandolin and an unusual electric fretless bass. Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves on stage. Keb was dressed with class and he was just so charismatic and charming, my girlfriend and I wanted to take him home with us. We left feeling sad to see him go but really high from the quality time he gave us.
