    WHAMBAM 2011

by PARTYROCKERSA on 2011-08-17Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

LMFAO was the highlight of the concert. It was a non-stop party on stage with awesome dancing by quest crew. They were in their underwear dancing, the blow up zebra was being tossed around by the audience, and so much more. Unfortunately I can't praise Spank Rock with his performance since his singing was terrible- he was over due for his spanking. In addition I felt Ke$ha's performance disappointing since her voice was pitchy for all her songs, not to mention her stage act seemed unrehearsed and a mess. Therefore I give the 2011 Wham Bam concert a fair rating.

    KISS 92.5 - WHAM BAM 2011 - WOW !!!

by Alexis11 on 2011-08-16Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

What a great show ! I took my wife, daughters and her friends to the concert, and Kiss didn't disappoint. The rain held off, and the place was packed. Didn't realize that Karl Wolfe was going to be there, so that was a treat, he was great. Mocha & DJ Clymaxx were outstanding! He hit every top chart song in about a half hour, and had the place jumping. Didn't really know who Spank Rock were, but liked their set. LMFAO was fantastic, and we were all "shufflin" up on the lawn. Ke$ha blew us away, she put on a fantastic show, and played everything we went to hear, including Tik Tok. To top it off, my daughter and her friends got t-shirts from Mocha, which they couldn't believe. Thanks Kiss 92.5 for the best concert of the summer, WHAM BAM 2011 !!!!!!!

    LMFAO

by nellem on 2011-08-16Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

This is my first time at this venue and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Spank rock (who i have never heard of) did a decent job at getting people pumped for the show. LMFAO in my mind was the main show. they had an amazing set and everyone was getting into it. if it wasn't for them i would have given this show only 2 stars.

    What a party!

by Valoasis on 2011-08-16Molson Canadian Amphitheatre - Toronto

I knew the concert was going to be a party. LMFAO was high energy and sounded great. Ke$ha's stage set up was pretty cool. She had a few costume changes. "Santa" helped Kesha sing the Beastie Boys fight for your right. Fun night. I couldn't believe all the kids at this concert. I saw way too much Dora the Explorer back packs! Not appropriate for kids that young… but at least the beer line was quick...

    Ke$ha rocked Toronto

by Valntine on 2011-04-08Kool Haus - Toronto

Loved the venue, although GA is not my favourite and we stood in line , freezing for 3 hours. The opening act wasn't that great but Ke$ha made up for it. Great energy, good sound, excellent stage show. She's talented and witty too. We took 2 teenage girls with us who loved it also.

    KE$HA=AMAZING

    by Andyroo279 on 2011-03-23Showbox SODO - Seattle

Ke$ha was awesome. I was dancing the whole night! I lost my voice and couldnt stand afterwards. It was 10000% epic The best songs of the night were: 1) Cannibal 2) Your Love Is My Drug 3) We R Who We R 4) Take It Off 5) F**ck Him, Hes a DJ I highly recommend buying tickets if your young and like to dance all night (Note: you dont have to be young, there was an 70 yr old women at the $leazy tour)

Ke$ha: No beer. No wine. Just vulgarity.

by Anonymous123 on 2010-08-12Ottawa Civic Centre - Ottawa

It was unfortunate that we had to arrive and learn that the venue was not going to be serving drinks. A simple advisory on the tickets would have sufficed. Although I enjoy Ke$ha’s music, I was embarrassed to hear her spew words like p*ssy and handj*b to a crowd of 7-14 year olds and believe that she should feel embarrassed too. Knowing full-well that her songs resonate with impressionable teens and tweens, it wasn’t too hard to guess what the age group of the crowd might be and her obscenity could have been dulled down. The final straw was when she somehow managed to not only justify but also defend stalking during one of her many rants and it was then that we chose to leave.

    Kesha was awesome!

by Dee114 on 2010-08-05Ottawa Civic Centre - Ottawa

This was the best concert i've legit ever been too! I've been to lots of concerts and i will and for sure be definitly going to see kesha again! She did cart wheels across the stage and interacted with the audience amazingly!

A beer tent may have been appropriate, given the fact that not all of Ke$ha's fans are 12. Her use of the words hand*ob and p*ssy in the first 5 minutes of the set was awkward at best given the age group. The venue was sub-par. Maybe next time, do like toronto - get a bigger star and have ke$ha open for her/him at scotiabank place. Although I love her music and will continue to listen on my iPod, this concert was NOT even close to worth $50 (after taxes + processing + whatever else online). Unlike.

    Kesha concert

by Mish1100 on 2010-08-05Ottawa Civic Centre - Ottawa

It was good, but short. Her opener played longer than she did. Kesha was really good, it was more the spot where she performed that wasn't very good. I think she'd do a lot better in the corel center once she gets a few more hits out there!

    slightly disappointed

by Anonymous on 2010-08-05Ottawa Civic Centre - Ottawa

Ke$ha was good once she got on stage, but she didn't come on for a half hour after Dragonette. I was bummed it was an all-ages show, as there was no liquor and a bunch of parents who didn't want to be there. This show could've been a way bigger success in a different venue with a different age group, and although Ke$has performance was what I was hoping for in terms of stage presence, I would not go again.
