About

Taking the world by storm, MAYHEM continues to dominate the charts. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200, marking Gaga’s seventh consecutive No. 1 album. In its second week, it remains one of the biggest releases of the year, maintaining Top 2 positions across key charts including No. 2 on the Billboard 200, Digital Albums, and US LP Vinyl Albums charts. It also retains the No. 1 spot on both the Billboard Top Pop Albums chart and the Top Dance/Electronic Albums chart for the second consecutive week—the latter of which earned Gaga her eighth career No. 1 on the tally, making her the most successful artist of all time in the chart’s history. She now stands alone with the most No. 1 albums ever on the Dance/Electronic Albums chart.
The fastest-selling international release of the year, MAYHEM debuted at No. 1 in 12 countries, including the U.S., UK, Germany, Japan, Italy, Canada, Australia, France, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, and South Korea, and landed at No. 2 in the Netherlands and Sweden—further cementing Gaga’s global dominance. “Abracadabra” entered the UK Singles Chart at No. 3 and the UK Airplay Chart at No. 2, while in France, MAYHEM posted the biggest first-week sales since Born This Way. In Japan, it ranked among the biggest international albums in recent years; in Finland, it was the only international album to crack the Top 10; and in Ireland, three MAYHEM tracks landed in the Top 40—reinforcing its worldwide impact.

In its first week alone, MAYHEM amassed over 240 million streams worldwide, marking her biggest streaming week ever. It also marked her biggest vinyl week to date, with 74,000 units sold across 14 collectible variants, some of which featured exclusive bonus tracks like “Kill for Love” and “Can’t Stop the High.” The digital edition of the album includes music videos for “Die With a Smile,” “Disease,” and “Abracadabra,” all of which helped fuel the album’s massive first week impact.

“Die With a Smile,” Gaga’s collaboration with Bruno Mars, continues to break records, holding the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Global 200 chart for a 13th consecutive week. With more than 100 million streams worldwide each week, the track is now tied for the third-longest-running No. 1 in chart history.

MAYHEM marks a return to Gaga’s pop roots, reaffirming that she is a master of reinvention, crafting an album that is as bold and eclectic as it is deeply personal. A declaration of artistic freedom, it embraces the fractured pieces of oneself and how they come together to form something unexpected and beautiful. The album mirrors this concept with its diverse sonic palette and thematic layers, combining elements of chaos, defiance, and vulnerability into a cohesive artistic statement. Gaga describes this process as assembling a shattered mirror: “Even if you can’t put the pieces back together perfectly, you can create something memorable and whole in its own way.

  • THE BEST CONCERT AND NIGHT OF MAYHEM EVER

by Justin QY on 2025-09-27Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

WHAT A SHOW!!! This is one of the best nights of my life and it was just my first concert, setting the bar high beyond belief! This whole concert has the whole package: choreography, piano & electric guitar playing, lighting, light-up wristbands, production, neo-classical opera haus staging, fantastic band, astonishingly magical live vocals, brilliant introspective message, outfits and cinematic visuals. Videos truly do not do the justice that the live experience brings, especially all the lighting, light-up wrist band formations, sound, fans singing along, energy, and view. As Night 2 of THE MAYHEM BALL in Toronto, we got “THE DEAD DANCE” added to the setlist for the FIRST TIME with a NEW outfit, the surprise piano acoustic song “Hair”, and the surprise bow song “Black Jesus † Amen Fashion” which were all fantastic surprises that beyond delivered! I absolutely love the pop energy with enrapturing choreography, lighting, and staging. However, the amazing thing about Lady Gaga is that when she strips it down at the piano and just sings her heart out, the emotion, soaring beautiful live vocals, and connection with the audience interwoven with beautiful touching speeches is when she truly shines. And this concert also took ballads and made them fit the darker MAYHEM aesthetic without losing their core emotion and value making an unexpectedly beautiful and powerful arrangement. As a result if I really had to choose my favourite part (which is really just the whole show making it an extremely hard choice) it would be the run from Million Reasons, Shallow, Die With A Smile, Hair, to Vanish Into You (my favourite song). From the very beginning the mood was set before the concert began with the intentional choice of a playlist of opera that built anticipation for the start of the show along with messages you could submit onto the screen through the Voices of MAYHEM QR code, letting you know a bit about the little monsters there. From the first bass rumble to the final note, to singing along passionately so much the whole show that both my elastics broke 😂, doing bits of the choreography with limited sold out crowd space, being waved at by THE Lady Gaga (well in my direction…same thing), I will never forget the whole spectacle of an experience Lady Gaga and everyone at the Haus of Gaga brought to Toronto bringing MAYHEM to life! Yet the heartwarming message in a brilliant operatic abstract story is not lost. This show is about facing and accepting all the dark insecure parts of ourselves that convince us we can’t succeed, and figure out how to live with that mayhem (our own personal mistresses and maestros of MAYHEM if you will) in harmony instead of fighting or repressing it, navigating through the show’s subtitle: “The Art Of Personal Chaos.” The venue itself, Scotiabank Arena, had amazing acoustics, shockingly nice helpful staff that helped us throughout our experience there, and provided an intimate setting that Lady Gaga expertly worked with and amplified. If you have the privileged opportunity and budget to go see Lady Gaga, I cannot highly recommended it enough it is so worth it. THANK YOU to Lady Gaga and everyone on her team who all work so hard to make such a masterpiece of a production come to life! PAWS UP!!!

  • A Whole New Energy

by Brandanct on 2025-09-17Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

What an amazing performance. The live renditions of the songs, setlist, stage, and Gaga herself were just all perfectly on point. What an amazing experience. Haha came into this tour with an energy and charisma like I've never seen before, and I've been to every tour. She is definitely one performer I could never pass on.

Theatrical and beautiful performance, really glad I was able to get presale and didn't have to buy resale for these

  • Great Concert - should start on time!

by duffyscores on 2025-09-16Scotiabank Arena - TorontoRating: 4 out of 5

Lady Gaga is an amazing talent. this show is great but a little over theatrical. Some other feedback - concert time was 8pm but concert didn’t start until 840. Learn from Taylor Swift and start on time! Also, there was too much time between “Acts” Should be faster changes. Highlight was Gaga on the Piano - just her singing. Enjoyed a lot!
