About

LINKIN PARK emerged as an innovative musical force and are one of the best-selling artists of the last twenty years. Their RIAA Diamond-certified full-length debut, Hybrid Theory, stands out as the “best selling debut of the 21st century,” while landmark sophomore album Meteora bowed at No. 1 on the Billboard Top 200 before going 8x Platinum in the U.S. The band’s worldwide sales across the entire catalog eclipses 100 million, and among numerous accolades and honors, they have garnered 2 Grammy Awards, 5 American Music Awards, 4 MTV VMA Awards, 10 MTV Europe Music Awards and 3 World Music Awards. Selling out stadiums worldwide, they’ve headlined the largest festivals globally and also remain the first and only Western rock band to play a five-stadium tour in China. 2017’s One More Light marked their fifth No. 1 debut on the Billboard 200. In 2020, the band celebrated their groundbreaking debut album, Hybrid Theory, by releasing a comprehensive 20th anniversary edition super deluxe box set which features their RIAA Diamond-certified single “In The End.” In 2023, the band released Meteora 20th Anniversary Edition, which topped the charts and featured the newly-uncovered song “Lost.” The emotionally charged single was originally recorded during sessions for their second studio album Meteora (2003), and soon after its 2023 release, “Lost” hit No. 1 at both Alternative and Rock radio. 2024 marked the release of their first greatest hits package Papercuts, featuring vault track “Friendly Fire” that similarly topped both the Alternative and Rock charts. LINKIN PARK have always prioritized charity and goodwill in an effort to make the world a better place, helping to raise millions over the years for victims of natural disasters. Today, LINKIN PARK’s imprint on music and culture continues to expand and magnify.

The show was amazing as always, I was very impressed with how the entrance and line-ups were handled. The staff were very helpful and good at their jobs that day. Concert & show layout was superb and hope to see them again in the future! :D

by Meleia on 2012-09-21Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Increditable show! excellent experience!! The lead singer of Incubus was very sick and had lost his voice and STILL PUT ON A KICK ASS SHOW!! I was most impressed! Linkin Park far surpassed my expertations. Would see Both of them again in a heart beat!

Along with two of my best friends, I had one of the greatest nights of my life so far. I guess since it was my first concert, my opinion differs from my friend's. Our seats weren't that bad, just right of the stage. The only problem was that there were these two big dudes smoking beside us. The two opening bands, Incubus and Mutemath were exceptional! I was already an Incubus fan beforehand, but Mutemath definitely caught my attention. Of course Linkin Park was phenomenal. Their songs made everybody in the house sing along.

  • Linkin Park brought their A-Game

    by retiree57 on 2012-09-12Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Linkin Park put on an amazing show. They still have it despite the fact that I have not enjoyed their last two releases. Incubus is Incubus...you either like them or hate them....not a big fan of their music but Boyd puts on an entertaining show.

  • Shocked by how good LP is live.

by mikw on 2012-09-10Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

My assumption was that with the timing and intricacies of Linkin Park's music that it may be challenging to reproduce a credible live show. I was wrong.

  • veryyy nice

they sounded amazing live!! screams and all, they were awesome.

  • by Anonymous on 2012-09-09Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

good sound! ended up 40 pounds the heavier from it as my thyroid was in under-drive. the surrounding lights on the BC place stadium went green for a moment after the concert. i tried to take a picture but the batt on my camera went dead at moment of the snap. my theory is sound in the fact that; memory show got the better of me as it was in disappointment of the fact that i had a small amount of green go missing most likely on the 7-11 floor a block up the street. would of enjoyed to hear more of linkin park the show was short on there part.. starting bands were descent...8

  • Linkin park is awesome!! Great tandem with Incubus

    by mz12 on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Linkin Park and Incubus were great. I really like these bands they dont let the crowd down.

  • Linkin Park was stupid good!!

by Alming on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

The show started off with Mute Math, can't say I've heard of them, but they played their heart out, especially their drummer, he was rather acrobatic. Then along came Incubus, and mellowed things down a bit. The first two bands played extensive set lists, which definitely made it worth the money for floor tickets, but it was a little tiring standing the entire concert. Then linkin park came on and stole the show, playing all their originals, as well as a few from their new CD. The entire audience down on the floor was singing along at the top of their lungs, which some times made it hard to hear the actual music, but it was fun nonetheless.

  • Linkin Park: Best band ever!

by VANCITYluvsLP on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Im in love with Linkin Park!! I live in Vancouver, BC and Linkin Park has never come to Vancouver. So, a few months ago when I found out they were having a show here I bought tickets asap and gosh darn, it was freaking worth the money!! I literally have waited for what feels like 10 years for them to do a show in Vancouver and I always promised myself that if they ever did do a concert here I have to go. So, they came, I went and have checked 1 more item off my bucket list!! Great concert!

  • Fricking Sweet!!!!

by Trunks on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Top to bottom, LP rocked it out! Chester and Mike sound amazing live.

  • AWESOME!!! Linkin Park still has it going on!

    by JLO29 on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

We came in part way through Mutemath so I can't say much about them. I'd never heard of them before. Incubus is getting pretty tired but LINKIN PARK kicked some ass!!! Love how they are changing with the times, evolving in their music and mixed the old with the new. Amazing show, I cannot say enough about them and was hoarse for days after from all my screaming and singing along!!!! I had an absolute blast!!!!

  • LP/Incubus

    by Shanny2 on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Both bands put on an amazing show! Good songs, great energy, I loved them live! However I was disappointed that MUTEMATH never played.

  • by Kristoper on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Can you ask for more? Mutemath, Incubus, and Linkin Park. The show was incredible and all the bands were amazing. I'm a big time fan of LP and it was a dream come true for me to see them perform live. When they were in Toronto, I plan to drive from Vancouver just to see them but unfortunately, I wasn't able to do so. Anyways, I totally recommend seeing LP if you're a die hard fan bonus seeing Incubus. Only thing is the setup took long after Incubus performed.

  • Linkin Park needs to COME BACK TO VANCOUVER!

by supersta on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

  • Linkin Park!, Linkin Park!

by bronzegal on 2012-09-08Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

High Energy , great band, played all their greats, did not disappoint. Did not want the show to end. Liked the lights and fire, pretty cool. Great at getting the crowd into the music. Wish he talked a little , to introduce each member.

The concert in Vancouver was AMAZING I hope u guyz come back next year <3

  • Linkin Park was great but......

by AstonV on 2012-09-07Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 4 out of 5

Linkin Park was great but simply put they did not play long enough. For a band with five albums of material and having only played Vancouver once before on the Hybrid Theory tour, I would have expected them to play a lot longer than they did. They only played for an hour and a half. What they did play was fantastic and they certainly covered a lot of the hits but there was so much more they could have played. I guess that is the norm these days when you pay a lot for a show and don't often get your moneys worth. Or maybe I am just spoiled because when I was a teenager and went to see a band with multiple albums in their repetoire you would get a solid two and a half to three hour show and you paid a hell of a lot less for tickets than you do these days. I guess I grew up in the right era of concerts. It was great but ultimately left me wanting a lot more.

  • LP is excellent live

by TiggleBitties on 2012-09-07Rogers Arena - VancouverRating: 5 out of 5

Linkin Park has been on my concert bucket list for many years. They did not disappoint at all. They are excellent live and even had some nice treats, like huge jets of fire and a cover of Beastie Boy's Sabotage to finish the show. They played a long set with lots of hits from previous albums. Unfortunately, I missed Mutemath. I found Incubus was okay, but not spectacular live. I'm not a huge fan, so maybe it was just me. Everyone else seemed to think they were great.
