About

International superstar Lionel Richie boasts a discography of albums and singles that is second to none. With more than 125 million albums sold worldwide, an Oscar, Golden Globe, and four Grammy Awards, Richie has been honored with distinctions including 2016 MusicCares Person of the Year, 2017 Kennedy Center Honors, and the 2022 Gershwin Prize for Popular Song by the Library of Congress. In 2022, he was both inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and received the 2022 American Music Awards Icon Award, his 18th AMA award. In September 2023, Richie concluded his acclaimed 20-city "Sing a Song All Night Long" arena tour featuring special guests Earth, Wind & Fire. Now completed his 6th season, Richie serves as a judge on ABC's "American Idol." His 7th season on the panel is set to debut in spring 2024. Also in 2024, Richie continues his longtime residency, now at the Wynn Encore Theater, in "Lionel Richie: King of Hearts."

    Lionel Richie's music is sunshine. Wow. He played all his hits, and his voice has not changed. I found it to be such an fulfilling experience because his music speaks to being a good person. Moreover, just to be in the presence of legends such as himself AND Earth, Wind and Fire was epic. This is the PERFECT date night event. What stood out to me and my partner was what he said at the end of his concert about "those people"being me and you. Wise words, Lionel.

    Lionel 's concert was fantastic (as always). He is the perfect entertainer and knows how to SING to his audience. I will never tire of seeing him in concert.... this was my 4th one in Vancouver. Could have sat thro' MORE!!! The sound was very good and even better when he played from the black piano at the end of the stage. The visuals was awesome, particularly when he was displayed (in action) on the back of the stage vs the two smaller screens on the side. Simply AWESOME

    Night started off with the worst meet n greet EVER in rock history..EWF had 3 count em3 for meet n greet.. I PAID TO MEET EWF..not the original 3.. then we hsd 2 sit around for 2 hrs waiting for concert..they had no chairs no fukn bar..concrete..SOME FUKN VIP THAT WAS..band waz good..lionell was amazing

    we so enjoyed this concert - Earth Wind and Fire got the stadium cranked up and we danced and sang our way through their performance. Time machine right back to when my husband and I met. Lionel - has such an engaging performance style , with stories and songs we all love. Very memorable night!!
