Little Steven & the Disciples of Soul Tickets

Loved every minute of the Little Steven show. From the moment he stepped on stage, it was non-stop energy what with the his women back up singers, his horn section and his very tight band. I missed an opportunity to see him many years ago with the original lineup of the Disciples of Soul so I did not want to miss his appearance this time. I was not disappointed. Garland Jeffreys, however, was a major disappointment. Not sure what was going on there, whether the years have taken a toll or whether there were extenuating circumstances. Considering his legacy of music including 'Spanish Train', 'Matador' and 'Wild in the Streets' he could have killed it with his set. I had to convince my friend to join me for the concert as he was not aware of the Little Steven dynamic but was all in when he realized that Garland Jeffreys would open up the show, so that was a major bummer. He was, however, blown away by Little Steven, as was I.

This was our first Little Steven & the Disciples of Soul concert, and we did not know what to expect. What a great surprise. The show was polished and exciting throughout. There wasn't a weak song in the 2 hour set, which moved at a fast pace, always something happening on stage. We can't wait for the next time he is in the vicinity, as we would go over and over again.

Met Steven before the show and got a photo with him. Real gentleman. He signed my book and record. Got a set list and a guitar pick too. Very high energy show. Great backup singers and horn section. Nice to see Garland Jeffries one last time. Jake Clemmons showed up to sing Sun City with Garland and Steven.A real class act, Hope he comes back to Montreal real soon. Maybe with Bruce? That would be mind blowing!!!

Garland Jeffreys was the epitome of low-key charm, "paid dues" stage presence and amazing voice. Why only a half-hour set? Would have liked to have had more. Little Seven and band were out of this world. Amazing from the get-go with the back-up singers strut onto stage, colours, costumes, smiles, music, talent... everything rolled into one big fantastic revue! Happy evening I'm sure for everybody concerned.

Great seeing and hearing Garland Jeffreys, although I wished he'd sung "Spanish Town." Little Steven and the Disciples were at the top of their game. Great seeing a 15-piece band, so tight. Reminiscent of the E-Street Band circa 1975-80. The Olympia is an awesome venue. Only criticism: at times, Little Steven's vocal was drowned out by the music, so the lyrics were often hard to make out.

Probably one of the best shows i have ever seen !! The band was tight, the girls were on and Little Steven was the MAESTRO of the evening !! Garland Jeffries set the tone and Little Steven transported us up , up and away !!! will be looking out for more of his shows !! Truly not one to be missed !! Do not second guess yourself !!! SEE IT >>>YOU WILL regret not seeing him !! I wonder what took me so long !!!

Way beyond expectations. I only saw this person perform with Bruce. Steve Van Zandt and his band are brilliantly talented and exceptional performers. Was a wonderful experience in every way

Little Steven put on a first class old-school soul revue. 14 piece band with a great horn section and amazing back-up singers. Good song choices made up the setlist and helped to maintain a good energy level throughout the show. The band seemed happy to be there and so did the audience. Fun night out!

Little Steven & the Disciples of Soul rocked and rolled & twisted their way through an absolutely incredible 2.5 hours of music. From blues, to reggae, rock & roll to mambo, he commanded the stage! The band and back up singers were amazing! Don’t miss this fabulous experience! Little Steven rocked our very souls!!! He came out of the London Music Hall and took the time to sign autographs, pose for selfies and share a few words with a few of us ‘lucky’ fans that waited after the show.

10 Star rating!!! This is not a concert, this was a production! Absolutely FABULOUS!!!!! Would go see them again and again. I am still in awe 3 days later! OMG, one of the best concerts EVER!!!! Cheers
