Macklemore & Ryan Lewis Tickets

I was hoping for an awesome M & RL experience but it was only so-so. Doors were to open at 7 (but were not on time). The opening act was not promoted. Ended up being a local rapper. Then intermission. Macklemore did not get on stage until 9:20. By that time, I was ready to go. Performance was about an hour including story time introductions to their songs. Despite the concert tickets saying " all ages welcome ", the performance included swearing (expected though as they also use it in their lyrics), but talking of porn, jacking off, smoking weed, and the air humping and inappropriate gesturing with his mic- amongst others- was not what I expected to see. In the audience, there was numerous eye gestures of disgust amongst parents of Tweens. Was a fan but not so much anymore. Lack of stage effects, screens, etc.

Best hip hop show I've ever been to, by far. You guys were incredible.

It was by far the best concert ive been to! I was dancing the whole time! I have a new respect for Macklemore now I would go to another one of his concerts in a heartbeat its crazy fun!!!

The concert was great except for the Dave moment! Oh and why did we have to stand in line forever? The concert didn't start till later but our tickets said 7:00pm... there were so many people lined up and unhappy! First off, Shad was amazing and I bought one of his albums when I got home. It was back to the roots of hip-hop... turntables... featured musical instruments and great lyrics. I'd love to see Shad again. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis... There were moments of great and moments of hmmm. I think more songs and less time setting them up with silly stories would have been great. Macklemore is a bit of a contradiction... he plays to the crowd that like to get drunk and high but says he had to beat addiction to be successful... The trumpet was great... but I'd like to see more musicianship than hitting play on a macbook. His performance was good and the energy in the crowd was fantastic... I think he's got a long way to go to become one of the greats but I was well entertained.

The show was awesome! His music is great, he is very funny especially in between songs and at the end. I would have definitely rather had floor tickets cause thats always better but this was alright.

The concert was unreal. The energy exuding off the stage was incredible and just made people enjoy the music even more than on a CD. It is definately a must see, and I would go out of my way in the future to see him live again.

Unreal sold out show in Saskatoon. The songs sounded great. Macklemore, Ryan Lewis, and the other performers had high energy the whole show through. I had heard from others beforehand that they play short sets, but that wasn't the case with this show. Took lots of time to talk to the crowd and pump us up, told stories to lead into songs - gave the crowd what we wanted. Can't wait to go again!

What a high energy show! Completely exceeded my expectations!

I got to the event just as Macklemore and Ryan Lewis came on and missed the opening acts. Everyone still rocked out hard despite the rain. I don't know if it was just me but I felt that the set was a little short! I was like, "You're done already?" There were a couple songs off the Heist that I would've loved to hear but most of the ones that were from that album were the singles. I loved rocking out in the rain and there were positive vibes everywhere. As a Macklemore and Ryan Lewis fan, I loved the event minus the short set...but maybe I'm just being greedy. Overall so worth it and would go again!

I really enjoyed the show in Toronto, even in the rain, the party couldn't stop. I especially liked the way he put so much energy into his performance and kept the crowd going! Would certainly go again.

It was absolutely fantastic! Not only the songs preformed but the time he took to talk to the crowd was awesome. Really, really great.

Thoroughly enjoyed seeing Macklemore and Ryan Lewis - but it was a really short set. They played for less than an hour. And while that hour was really good - thats a short show Expensive tickets - which I think it has to do with the venue and not so much the band

Macklemore put on an unreal show as expected, but it was difficult to see through the large crowd, and so Molson Amphitheatre would have been a better choice of venue. I didn't reduce my rating since the venue did not affect the performance. It rained in the beginning, but it only added to the energy of the show. Best of all, he played Can't Hold Us twice!! Can't wait until he returns next tour :)

Macklemore was seriously the best performer I've ever seen! He had a relatively short set, but he made up for it with the quality. I touched his shoulder. If you're thinking of going, seriously, GO.

IT WAS SUCH A UNFORGETABLE NIGHT!!! I would sooooo go to another Macklemore concert anyday!! He has such a great amount of energy and can deffiently put on a show to remember!!! I loved it!!

This concert was the best hiphop concert I've ever been to! He was absolutely amazing a must see live!!
