A surprisingly fun show! Went in not sure what to expect, but came out loving it. Great combination of old and new favourites which allowed for moments of intense worship and upbeat joyful moments as well. Michael W Smith was funny, interactive and shared little anecdotes of his experiences and personal moments which really added to the show. I wouldn't hesitate to see him in concert again!
Michael W. Smith is such an inspirational person. There is no one like him in the Christian music business. He makes it look so easy to play and sing. Truly a man of God.
The show with Michael W. Smith was the best concert ever.
The entire evening was very family friendly and catered to a wide audience. Showcasing Canadian talent was fantastic and helped ensure that everyone's heard music that related to them. MWS drew us in immediately and reminded us of why worship is so foundational to our faith. He made us laugh, cry, join hm in worship, and gave all the glory to God! The night was incredibly encouraging and the venue perfect. 'Felt like I'd known him 'Forever!'
His music was and has always been amazing!!!! He helped me realize some things about myself and helped me through some personal stuff.
I have really enjoyed Michael's worship DVD. I have to admit that I was really hoping this concert would be a lot more worshipful. I know that it is hard to please all of the fans. I would have appreciated a heads up as to the kind of concert that was going to be presented. It was great. I have not been a die hard fan for years so older tunes written by him are lost on me . Michael Coren was very disappointing and even inappropriate at times. The stage work and audio/visual was professional but obviously low budget.
Michael w. Smith is a great entertainer. His music sounds as good live as on his cds, great to be there in a whole setting of christians.
This concert was truly inspiring and spectacular!! The music was made your heart swell and pound with emotion and the level of energy was just incredible.
Michael W Smith has been around for two and a half decades but he still knows how to keep an audience connected. The concert started with some upbeat tracks from his recent albums (come to the cross, the river is rising). There was something for everyone as he played some newer songs (live forever) and then did a retrospective medley from throughout his career. There were some great worship moments (mighty to save, deep in love with you and healing rain). The crowd was into the concert right until the end and refused to leave. The only flaw is that the second half of the concert focused almost exclusively on slower songs. Adding a couple of upbeat tracks to the end would have made it a perfect evening.
Best concert yet I've seen of Michael W. Smith. We always enjoy worship with Michael, very uplifting.
He is really sharing the blessing of the gospel spirit.
It was very well done and I hope he comes to Canada more often.

one of the best christian concerts i have been to for a long time thoroughly enjoyed int and would love to see him again very overwhelming and awesome moved me very much to see someone use his talents for a godly cause
I thought it was absolutely amazing. He was sooo engaging with the audience. His music truly spoke to us as Christians. It elated our spirits and it was wonderful to worship with him in adoration for our saviour
There were essecially two concerts that night. The three opening acts and then the anazing Michael W. Smith. He played for as longer than most headliners and opening acts put together. It was terrific. He played an entire range from his first album to his newest release - what variety!!! To have so many people gathered together for the purpose of praise and worship music was just awesome. He had beautiful, inspiring stories along the way so you got to see some of his personal side . . . with him - "what you see is what you get". An awesome God given talent, the ability to share this talent and reach the audience in such a moving way. It was truly a night we still remember as we continue to listen to his music.
I have always appreciated Michael's music and to see how he's so in love with God and wants to share that with the whole world, without a lot of pomp and grandeur - just a regular guy praising God and encouraging those around him to do the same......with excellence in musical ability and stage presence!
Michael W Smith was awesome. To see so many people worshiping together in one place was beyond explanation.
The venue was great for feeling more a part of the concert - it didn't seem like I was so far away that I might as well have watched on TV. Although I still needed to watch alot of it from the big screen. It was a really worthwhile and entertaining event.
