I feel very blessed and fortunate to have been there to listen and see Michelle. I feel BellMTS could of been better prepared, as the event commenced and there were still people lined up outside waiting to get in. Which caused an annoying disturbance when they were trying to find their seats. Also I/we could of listened to her all day long, I feel a little ripped off, as the event the duration was much too short.

The venue was disorganized. The doors were not open in time and many of us were not at our seats when Michelle started to speak, despite being at the MTS in plenty of time. The speaker was only on for a relatively short time and to miss the first 10 minutes was VERY disappointing. Michelle was great! Winnipeg missed the opportunity to have an indigenous female interview Michelle.

She was amazing. Better than expected. Too bad Tims was closed.

excellent show, she is a wonderful speaker, no ego, down to earth , spoke honestly and without hesitation, great delivery, however I hate the MTS centre and the security and the long lines, so only go there if I really want to see someone. the crowds need to be better managed and the refreshments are ridiculously priced. but Michelle is a star. thanks. r.c.f.

My daughter and I attended Michelle Obama’s conversation and were truly moved by the experience. Although we both have seen her on TV numerous times this experience was so personal we felt that we knew her as a friend. She was an inspiration to my 45 year old daughter in so many ways as she raises her 3 teenage mixed race boys. My daughter felt validated and motivated to provide the most meaningful experiences for her boys as they grow up in this difficult world. And I was inspired by her advice to, and appreciation of the role grand parents can play in the lives of our grandchildren. Michelle inspired us and left us with renewed hope and purpose as we left the arena!

Was a great experience listening to her , down to earth . Interview was good Ilikedthe interactions. Some of the most influential people her life were just ordinary everyday people doing ordinary jobs!

She was amazing. So well-spoken and so real, down to earth, humble, funny and so beautiful.

I have always wanted to met Michelle Obama her voice carries into my soul- she inspire me to be a better person and which i am- i too want to be a speaker in my life time and help others or rely a message that its ok to be YOU

Michelle Obama is so amazing. She simply is a genuinely caring lady that inspires all to be like her. Of course would loved her to chat much longer. The selfie stations with the Obama cutouts were a sweet touch to an amazing afternoon.

It was super exciting to watch Michelle Obama speak with so much enthusiasm and energy. I think the event was way too short. We were outside lining up until past 12pm, and it was over by 1:20pm. The tickets said it was to last until 2pm. I think someone else should have been chosen to interview her; someone who could carry a conversation with follow up questions and probe on certain things that Michelle said. The entire conversation was that a question would be asked for 5 seconds, Michelle would respond for about 5 minutes, interviewer would say 'thank you' for 3 seconds, and on to the next question. It just doesn't feel like we got our money's worth in terms of the time that we were there. People took time off from work for this, rearranged their schedules and meetings for the time allotted, and it ended 45 minutes early. I think it would have lasted much longer, and it would have been a different experience altogether if the interviewer was someone who matched her energy and enthusiasm.

Michelle Obama has to be the best speakers I’ve heard. She was so real, so genuine, so relatable at many moments. It felt like even though I was sitting far away, she was talking to me. The way she interacted with the audience without any pride, any form of attitude in her talk or behaviour - I MEAN CMON, She’s the former First Lady but NO! Just a normal human being just like the rest of us. I learnt so so much from her, she got personal with her life, said things that a lot of leaders wouldn’t have the guts too, it was very impressing! LOVE her to pieces.

Très belle conférence.....tout était parfait sauf que l'on a dû entendre la conférence en anglais car nous n'avions pas la traduction en français.......Nous ne savions pas comment avoir la traduction......merci beaucoup ....Carole Lafrance

What an exceptional woman and a wonderful experience. The only thing is i wish it had been longer!

Great talk by Michelle Obama. Very inspiring, resourceful, breathtaking. Good job from the interviewer. Still would love some questions from the public to her.

Pourquoi demander à une femme d'affaire de Québec de mener cette interview ? La qualité des questions posées à Michelle Obama était de niveau débutant. Un vraie interview menée par une vraie journaliste de haut calibre aurait permis d'aller plus loin que l'histoire du petit quotidien de Mme Obama. Un format conférence aurait aussi été plus créatif et surtout plus intéressant pour en savoir un peu plus sur ses positions des grands enjeux internationaux. Elle a quand même été à la tête d'un des pays les plus puissants au monde!

La durée de la conférence était un peu trop courte. Il aurait été intéressant de pouvoir lui poser des questions.

Je m'attendais à un contenu plus féministe et comme annoncé, québécois.

I bring my 18 years daughter to meet with an inspiring woman. My biggest surprise was that I felt Michelle was speaking to me directly. I am in a moment of my life where I need to take major decision. She give the the push I need to take the opportunity that life is offering me. It was a very emotional moment to me. What a wonderful woman, sensible, intelligent and grounded.
