    Needs a Bigger Venue

by IanXenC on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

This is the first year Monster Jam has been hosted at Scotiabank Arena. The venue wasn’t large enough to fit the entire roster, nor was it big enough for the trucks to unleash their full potential on the track. As this was my first show ever, and the first show for my daughters, we still were blown away by the sounds and energy from these drivers. We all had a blast. I can’t imagine how much more fun it would have been at a bigger venue. Highly recommended. Please bring ear protection.

Bring it back to the Rogers centre

by Ashley on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

It was perfect for my 4 year old. I’d give it five if it was at the Rogers centre. There’s not much room at the scotiabank arena. As my child gets older the Rogers centre is not going to cut it. Please bring it back to the Rogers centre!!!

    Intimate but not spectacular

by Lowclasshero on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Overall great show, and my kids loved it. Although the venue (Scotiabank Arena) was intimate with great views wherever you were seated, the trucks didn't have much space to truly get some good air, and looked as though they were struggling to make anything somewhat spectacular happen. The Skydome (Rogers Centre) is a better venue in my opinion. My kids were looking forward to the "flip wall" which was not setup due to lack of space, that is the best part of the show! They tried making up for it with the ATV/Dune Buggy races which was kinda cool. Nevertheless the venue was great, easy to get in/out and like I said, great view, but they need more space to put on a better show.

    Boring and uneventful

by Andrea on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

I was really disappointed with Monster Jam 2019. Scotiabank Arena was TOO SMALL to host this event. Also, Scotiabank Arena isn’t well ventilated at all and the stench of fumes from the trucks was overwhelming. My three year old loves monster trucks and he was not impressed at all. We left after 45 minutes.

Lots of fun for the kids, I expected more thrills.

by Trojan Horse on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Venue seems to be too small & contained for the events that were done. Vehicles many times ran out of room and could have dome more in a larger space. Some of the competitors did not seem up to the same level of competency as the top 2 or 3 even. Good first time event for small children nonetheless. Value for ticket money was reasonable, but food prices quickly make an expensive day out of it.

    Not as good as skydome

    by B. L. on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

This was a totally scaled back show from the ones that used to be in January at the Rogers center in Toronto. Very small and Not as many tricks. Won’t go again if it’s held at the acc. Definitely Rogers center is the better show and worth the money. This location and time of year not so much.

    Disappointed

by Frank Muir on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Very disappointed. Should be held in Rogers Center because you can have more trucks, more room for stunts , pit party which we enjoy because of up close and meeting drivers , more speed from the trucks better free style , better atmosphere. After attending Monster Jam for over 15 years will not be attending again unless it's in Rogers Center. Big Disappointment.

Reviews dont need titles but okay...

by Angel on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

I think the monster jam was a lot of fun. But the venue should have been bigger i think. Seemed like the trucks could have used more room

do not go to monster jam at scotiabank arena

by monkeyhead on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Scotiabank arena is not able to host monster jam properly. the venue is simply too small. less trucks, less stunts, and more expensive. hard pass unless they go back to rogers centre next time around.

It was great for the kids.

by Rawj on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Great show but remember to bring ear protection. We sat low but next time we will sit higher up as the fumes were very strong at times.

    Disappointed

    by n. on 2019-06-26Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

The drivers and the announcers were great. The size of the arena was way to small to put on a great show. Please go back to the rogers centre

    kids love monster jam.

    by W. L. on 2019-06-25Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

This is currently my first time taking my 2 kids to monster jam. They really liked it. I use to see monster jam at Roger center. They were a lot bigger so the monster jam have more room to freestyle and move around. They definitely need more space to show what these monster jam can do. I use to see them jump on top of the school bus. Hopefully in the near future they can host back at Roger center.

    Nothing Impressive

    by A. on 2019-06-25Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

The Scotia Bank Arena is too small for this event. Trucks couldn't really get enough speed. After hitting the jumps they pretty much needed to lock up the brakes so they didn't hit the boards at the end of the arena floor. Even the quads and side by sides seemed slow. Only 2 or 3 drivers could actually make their trucks do any decent tricks. My son was really excited for this and was ready to pack it in at intermission. Maybe our expectations were too high going into the event but we won't attend another.

    Sorta disappointed

by Lisa on 2019-06-25Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

Wasn’t expecting it to be so much smaller than other years at the Rogers centre and not many trucks there. Small space left them limited with what tricks they could perform. Would love to see it back at the Rogers centre

    It was fun

    by L. C. on 2019-06-25Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

I bought tickets for my husband for Fathers day and we had a great time together with our 10 month old. We are definitely going to make this a tradition as a family.

    Too small

by Izzy on 2019-06-25Scotiabank Arena - Toronto

The show was great but the venue is too small to truly showcase monster trucks and their power. Rogers center is ideal.
