"If you have Loved why fear"jaab pyaar kiyaa!! This is an amazing show, the performances of all the artist were superb, especially the singing by the lead ladies. And it was done live- full justice done by the team on this great & grand story. On all the metrics of live theatre this show was a high scorer. Really powerful performances from all character starting with Akbar to Santarash. The props on stage were a bit few, but overall, everyone did justice to an old 60's Magnus Opus. It becomes natural to compare with the original but that is not always fair, to the current production as crossing over decades in time zones! Highly recommend watching this show, if you are a theatre enthusiast.

Having seen Mughal-e-Azam 7 times as a child, this was a satisfying reincarnation of the film. A visual delight. The live singing was 10/10 and the translation captured the essence of the beautiful Urdu dialogue. Bravo

Absolutely fantastic!!! But show was not promoted as much as it should have been. I only stumbled across it by accident during a random google search. The show is phenomenal. I've never seen a live Indian production like this ever before.

A new experience. Seeing an Indian performance where production values rival anything on Broadway.

We need to watch such amazing shows more often. We hope the best for the entire team and hoping to see them back in Toronto again. A show not to missed !

This was a one-of-a-kind show - everything was on a grand scale - the sets, the live singing, the costumes and choreography. They had handpicked the best Kathak dancers in the country, so my expectations from the choreography were really high. While the dances were crisp and eye-catching, as a connoisseur of Kathak, I felt they could have been better. But all in all, a spectacular show and a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Definitely worth a watch.

It was a great show to watch. Mughal-E-Azam at first place is a great love story and a movie. The idea to recreate this particular movie and story line was exceptionally amazing and the hard work, thought process that was put into the direction was splendid. From star cast to their acting, expressions, costumes, talent of singing and much more it was something that I could have not asked for more justice to the original Mughal-E-Azam. Excellent is the word for the whole team. Good Luck!!!

The story was told in a Hindi but super easy to follow for if you required the English translations! Beautifully sung, the dances were amazing and the story unfolded in an exquisite manner!

Excellent music, choreography and set production..

It was an excellent show. One suggestion I would make is that there be better lighting focused on the characters so one can see the expressions on their faces. Even though we were not too far from the stage, it was hard to see the expressions on the faces of the actors.

It was an amazing experience. Kudos to the cast and crew for pulling off such a fantastic show! Bringing back the greatness from the film to the costumes to the lights and props. The actors were great! I loved the choreography for the dancers. This is a show to watch and I wish I can go again!

My experience of “Mughal E Azam” was an UNFORGETTABLE one. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!! I keep thinking about it again and again! I just wish they can visit Toronto again and I can experience the play one more time!! The acting, voice coordination, the music, everything was ON POINT! These are the kinds of plays that we need more of here in Toronto. Much love to the whole cast and crew!

Such a grand movie so beautiful put on stage live. A very different experience all together. The changing background ,music, the lighting and the costumes made it a memorable show

Sheer talent and expertise in production made this show a delight. Felt like I was watching history unfold as it was happening, albeit, 20 rows back! Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

We took the whole family. 3 generations born over 3 continents watched the show and enjoyed it just so much. We called friends and family and told them that this was a must see. What a performance. At or above par with any show on Broadway.
