Great arena experience for food, staff help, quality of seating and game entertainment. Underground parking experience was not so good. Flaky system which would not properly scan my prepaid parking pass, which was on my phone. When the attendant tried scanning with my phone, it took him several tries before he got a message that the pass had already been used. Unbelievable! I assured the attendant that the pass had not been previously used (it can only be used on that specific date). he had to call the main office to discuss, and the gate was eventually opened remotely. I saw others have lengthy hassles with the gates. No issue checking out with the scanner.
Wish I was here in Ottawa, I would have season tickets.
The game was great, but the music is far too loud. Couldn’t hear the people checking me in, the volume is deafening.
It was a great experience with my grandson. He is hoping to play in the OHL one day.
Teddy bear toss tons of fun but.... to have both teams in essentially bench clearing brawl at the same time as teddy bears being being picked up was just disgraceful.
Great experience overall. Easy to get in, finding our seats was simple. Employees were cordial. No complaints, a great time for friends or family or by yourself!
I was the happiest to watch the players place and they were good! hope to see you all again this Saturday🥳
Wasn’t impressed with the parking attendants. Downloaded pre-paid parking pass and there wasn’t a barcode on it, so it wouldn’t scan to let me in and or out. Was let it and told to tell attendant on way out about issue. The attendant on the way out wasn’t helpful in the least and basically told me I should know that a barcode is required or I have to pay $20 for parking (which I already had). Tickets for the game didn’t have bar code so I assumed the parking machines also were able to pick up the ticket by just scanning what was on screen.
So it was my son’s birthday and I decided to take him and his friends out to see a 67s game. He wanted to get a bday shoutout on the big screen and they delivered! The food is delicious and the staff are friendly! Always a great time
