Ottawa Senators History
The original Ottawa Senators were founded in 1883 and were one of the founding teams of the NHL during its early years, winning 11 Stanley Cup Championships between 1903 and 1927. When the NHL started to expand to the U.S., the Senators were sold to St. Louis and became the Eagles, but the team shuttered after one year. The second incarnation of the Senators joined the NHL in 1992. The Senators have since gone on to make the Stanley Cup Playoffs 16 times.

Would be better if some of the big names were playing. A lot of money for who played. The sound system is very poor.

This was our first time to an NHL event at Credit Union Centre and it was great to see rookies trying to make the teams. The ease of navigating in and out of the parking lot was great. The event staff were very polite and helpful. However we had thought that we would see more of the veteran players.
Overpriced to watch rookies
by SadAnnie on 2013-09-19Credit Union Centre - SaskatoonRating: 1 out of 5A very slow game where rookies played. WHL games are a much better value. This was diappointing since we paid the same price a a regular season NHL game with first line players. I won't purchase tickets for any future NHL games in Saskatoon.

Expensive Ticket, Blocked View
by VanessaNicole on 2013-09-19Credit Union Centre - SaskatoonRating: 2 out of 5I was so excited to get tickets for this game, and thought it would be well worth the money, and I took three friends with me. Our view was obscured by cameras covering the action, and people next to us paid $40 less for their tiicket and had a better view. None of the big names showed up (which was expected) but it was still good hockey. I think they could have packed the place if they charged less for tickets, and then people like me wouldn't have been so disappointed.

Tickets were bought for my brother. He absolutely raved about the game.

I was quite disappointed that both teams only had rookie players and not any of their big name players. The game was good, but for the price I paid for the tickets I expected that there would have been a few of the better players for each team.
Flames vs Senator game Saskatoon
by Anonymous on 2013-09-19Credit Union Centre - SaskatoonRating: 3 out of 5I was quite disappointed with the tickets I purchased for my kids, they were the most expensive ones,I gave my 11 year old daughter these for her birthday,I purchased behind the bench tickets ,they were behind the Senators only for the team to put there hockey sticks right in front of them, not only on top of that the coach stood beside the sticks.Otherwise the game would have been awesome.Too bad I wasted 300.00 for behind the bench tickets.
