Pan Am Synchronized Swimming Tickets

This event was much fun! 8 teams competed in the preliminaries. The new PAC venue was very nice and big. Lots of excitement :D

My daughter is a dancer and thought, that might be interesting. It was so much better than she anticipated. The skill level and athleticism of these swimmers is breathtaking. How they coordinate moves with such precise timing while underwater astounds me. The buildup to the lifts is anticipated in the music while the swimmers coordinate below the water, then rise with such power and perform beautiful acrobatics. The swimsuits and headpieces are pieces of art. Lovely.

As a little girl you only dream of watching these type of games live. As a woman of South American background, first generation Canadian it was the feeling and experience like no other. To top it all off I was able to experience it with my mother. To learn and understand the hard work and dedication these athletes put into what they are most passionate about, is very inspiring and admirable. And being given the honour to celebrate them during such crucial and important steps in their athletic careers is indescribable. Thank you Toronto for giving me this opportunity....this will forever be in my book of best lifetime momens!!!

Although the synchronized swimming was beautiful, at times it was hard to enjoy due to the poor set up of the aquatics centre. Having paid a fair price for the tickets, the visibility was limited. The TV screens displaying scores and information was not at all visible. I had to use my cell phone to stay up to date, that is until my battery died. The medal ceremony took place right underneath the main stands. The medal podium was directly underneath the stands- thus most spectators could not even see the ceremony. We saw absolutely nothing. On the opposite end, the stands reserved for the dignitaries, I am sure, had a nice view...they were, however, empty.

Fabulous routines. International event in a new venue.

My three granddaughters and I enjoyed the event. I was proud to experience the excellence of our Canadian team. It was disappointing that the awarding of the medals was presented below the spectators, so most people could only watch on the screen. Why were they not awarded on the platform which went across the pool?

This event was very enjoyable and exciting. It is a thrill to see the different countries competing. The performances were all great but the Canadians were outstanding. What a special time to see them win gold. An unforgettable moment.

This was my first time watching synchronized swimming live and I thoroughly enjoyed it. One has to admire the athleticism of the swimmers.

Supportive. Ready to give you instructions. All over the place. The only thing that I felt bad about was that the West Wing was empty. My ignorant guess is that the west side was for authorities and nobody was around. My advice is to provide authorities with less tickets so more public can assist. The place was steaming hot. I totally understand the pool was warm for the players and that was good. Perhaps you can allow more variety of food booths...not a basic...perhaps.... Congratulation PAN AM Team. You made me proud of being a new Canadian by choice!!!
