Papal Visit / Visite Papale Tickets

An incredible experience for my mom and I. Volunteers and stadium staff were extremely attentive, helpful and kind. Really appreciated the waters that were given out as it was a hot and long day especially if you got there early. My only suggestion is to have consistent and clear communication on when the event starts as the information on the website differed from the information given in the event emails. I would also suggest communicating the clear bag policy in multiple areas (website, email, news, etc. as a lot of people were unaware of the policy). Our floor seats were also unmarked which made things a little confusing when trying to find our seat. Overall, really pleased with the event.

Line for entry was long but moved quickly. Video and sound good since we could not see onto the stage directly. Great to have the pope circle the stadium.

Very organized. From the park n ride, through the gates, with the thorough inspections, with free bottles of water and until we reached our seats are very well organized.

It would have been better if the stage was set in such a way that all the people can see the pope directly from their seats. Also there were lack of information regarding the direction for gates at the LRT station.

As far as the event went it was such a historic, blessed day seeing Pope Francis in person . The only issue is how the seats were assigned to the attendees .I feel bad for the seniors their given seats is way up the upper part going up the steep steps.when the free tickets are being given away the seats should been determined by age group who’s yo be seated in the lower part . Though I noticed that there are sporadic seats on the lower levels volunteers would have been smart enough to let those seniors or older people move to to those vacant seats . My concern about this comment is to prevent HAVING ACCIDENTS OF FALLS INJURIES for the older people specially with limited mobility going up those steps the tickets are free to get in it should be this way this is a church service mass it’s not a concert or games event the tickets are purchased to have sent choices based on the ticket price . Overall the event with the pope was great ! Only the seating arrangements were neglected thank you

I wish others could have also experienced a holy mass with the Pope but unfortunately it was entirely inaccurate to broadcast that the seats were all sold out in minutes as there were 40,000 in attendance and the stadium holds 60,000. It was also deeply troubling to see all the empty seats on the main floor reserved for those that were given special attention yet they did not attend and I watched from my upper second level seat as elderly and those with mobility issues struggled to get to their seats and other seats in the lower sections remained unoccupied. It was disheartening at the same time to know other worshippers who were not given the opportunity to attend since they believed there were no tickets left remained at home and missed out on perhaps a once in a lifetime spiritual experience that they surely would have appreciated more so than others who were compelled to get tickets and then not attend -- all 20,000 of them. Any spectators at Clarke Stadium should have been afforded the chance to attend the holy mass with the Pope since those with tickets were not there.

1st time for me to attend a papal mass and it was an privilege to be there.

So grateful for such a lovely event. Very please with the organization; every detail and every effort were felt. The Basilique St. Anne is beautiful. Having the opportunity to be in the Mass with Pope Francis, on July 28th, it was such a wonderful experience! Thank you!

Overall excellent. Staffs are approachable, friendly and helpful. Well organized.
