The Presidents Cup is a biennial international men’s golf tournament held by the PGA Tour since 1994. The event features a series of matches across four days between a team of professional American golfers and a team of International players and an international contingency of players from across the globe, excluding Europe. The proceedings also feature an Honorary Chairperson, including eight former U.S. presidents and heads of state from host countries such as Australia, South Korea and South Africa. The tournament also notably awards no prize money, with proceeds instead being donated to player-nominated charities. The Presidents Cup changes location for each tournament. The 2026 Presidents Cup will celebrate the series’ 16th iteration and will be held in Chicago, Illinois at Medinah Country Club on Course #3, September 22-27, 2026.

The challenge was the shuttle bus system. Had to wait two hours one night to get a shuttle from golf course parking lot to our car. Totally unacceptable!
Trip of a lifetime for me. To see all my fave golfers in one place was amazing !!!!
The golf and facilities were great. The concern was the shuttle transport from lot 12 on Saturday which you pay for. The tee-time started at 7am so got to parking lot early since it is at least 40 minute transport. The shuttles only started running at 7am, so wouldn't see the groups tee off as only would arrive at around 8am. Now luckily or unluckily there was a fog delay so only missed a few tee offs, but in the future, they should have the shuttles starting in this case around 5:30 to get you in time to get to wherever you want to stay and not miss any action
The course is beautiful but not set up for tournament spectators, mainly due to all the elevated greens. Also, transportation off the island was a major pain.
What an event, everything was very well organized, down to the route where people could walk. Great seeing the world's best battle it out.
Event was well organized. Free shuttle lacked signage. Event a bit crowded
The shuttle to the event went well as we were there early and it was definitely the way to go due to the construction of the new Ile Bizard bridge. The course as usual was immaculate and beautifully prepared, the volunteers were pleasant and helpful and the food was tasty. I found that there were not enough of the large score boards as the battery on my cell eventually gave out. The wait for the return shuttle was over half an hour, more buses would have been appreciated. Overall another great experience for a golf nut.
Waited 2hrs for the bus ride back to the dedicated parking areas
Expensive day! Travel in and out of the event went smoothly. Venue had lots of police presence. Merchandising both was huge and well look after. Golf was good. Glad i went on the Friday. Till next time.
The golf was fantastic and the course was in great shape. However the transportation logistics were very poor. We attended Friday-Sunday and while it improved it was still a mess (hour wait for a bus and confused staff).
Why did I pay 25$ for the parking? Nobody ask me to see it……
Absolutely loved the event, location, people! Sadly our very expensive Capt Club tickets were not worth what we paid A beautiful building with multiple bars and great food service but view of one hole only - minimal number of TVs We’d go again, but go with general admission as there were a number of areas to sit and relax, stands to observe various holes at the greens - Feel like we got “took” ticket wise but still massive fans of the game of golf
We enjoyed our friday Sept 27 visit to the Royal Montreal Golf course hosting the Presidents Cup. Great competition and an amazing venue through out. Even the weather cooperated. I was a bit surprised they didn't have the Cup being awarded inside the first tee Grandstand area. The location choosen to do the award ceremony fell a bit below the standard of an event of this stature. The Ryder Cup always has a HUGE stage arranged for an event of this significance. Other than that small oversight. The event was World Class in every way.
Shuttles to and from the event from various locations off the island were well organized and plentiful and moved people quickly. Traffic direction and support was very good. Entry was electronic and fast. There were ample volunteers to assist and QR codes to download maps of the property. Merchandising venues and food and drink venues were readily available and well marked on the site maps. Although many spectators were leaving the vine at the same time, they were well directed and moved quickly. Great experience!
Truly enjoyed the entire PGA President's Cup experience. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Crowds were great. Play between the USA and INT was competitive and great to watch. No bad areas on the entire course. The food was a bit too pricey...even for this type of event.....I am used t o the prices at NHL and NFL events, ,but was a bit surprised by the margins here on food prices. Will return for more PGA events in the future.
There were no ramps for older people to use at the entrance food or washrooms
This was a superb golf event to attend. The weather cooperated, staff were friendly and helpful, the event was well organized and it was easy to get around the golf course. My only partial issue was the long shuttle bus ride from Cote Vertu to the event, which took over an hour each way. After day one I organized my time to be earlier. I would attend again.
The event was well organized and enjoyable. We parked off-site at a designated parking site for $25 a day. We had to wait for shuttles to get to the course and over an hour and a half for a shuttle after each day. Totally unacceptable for the price of the event. GET MORE SHUTTLE BUSES next time!
