    Old rink with old challenges.

by Tubbymcduffy on 2024-03-06The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

When selecting tickets it disclosed that the view might be obstructed. It doesn’t come with a warning that the climb from your car to the seats may require hiring a Sherpa guide. It is approximately six flights of stairs of about 80 risers and the last one is 40! Our combined ages are 146 years.

    Loved it..But!!!!

by Mortisha on 2024-03-05The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

The bathroom availability for women is outrageous. I thought I would have to leave to find and use someone else's.

    Great time🏒🏒🏒

by Annabel on 2024-03-05The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

Crowd was enthusiastic and very supportive of each team. Players worked hard putting in three busy and full periods. Intermission “players” were very entertaining and so much ahead for them-hurray. Very well done PWHL and all involved at TD Place. Thx.

Lack of tv in our section

by AV on 2024-03-05The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

The game was great but there was absolutely no view of a tv to watch play reviews or goals or any jumbotron fun from our seats. We would go back but would not recommend those seats at all.

    Great time watching the PWHL

by Pat12 on 2024-03-02The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

I recommend the PWHL to anyone who likes hockey! It's a great show, especially the first half of the game. The only downside is that we got there early and the arena only opens 1 hour before the start of the game.

Game day experience was amazing! Getting into the venue was quite efficient, staff were very professional and friendly. The atmosphere from the fans for the game was the best part! Truly a great time!

To witness these women in their inaugural season has been amazing! The atmosphere is electric and the message this sends to our young girls is truly amazing! Can't wait until we attend our next game! Go Ottawa Go!

    Transport and venue limits

by Belle on 2024-02-20The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

PWHL game was great but needs way more shuttle buses from Carleton U. And the lack of an appropriate number of washrooms is appalling. Also >$8 for 2 small bags of chips is very sad. Fill your pockets families.

    Good stuff, but.....

by Santacruz on 2024-02-20The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

The game was great and venue was as expected since I've been to TD Place many times before. Only negative was the store. I wanted to buy some merch to support the inaugural season for our ladies team. However there was a line to get in before, after and during the intermissions. So I didnt get a chance. Lost opportunity to make some money imo. Overall everything was good stuff, just the store issue was disappointing as I would have liked a memento of my first pro womens hockey game.

    Women's Hockey

by Eddie on 2024-02-20The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

Great event, enjoyed the game thoroughly and very reasonable ticket pricing considering the insane costs that other sports or entertainment venues charge these days. I will definitely go again!

    Great Game

by Sandy on 2024-02-12The Arena at TD Place - Ottawa

PWHL is a GREAT product. It's fast(!) hockey - much faster than it looks on TV. There are no bad seats at TD PLace (formerly the Ottawa Civic Center). Traffic and parking is the biggest problem there. It took me 20 mins to get there, and I spent another 20 in the line up to park. Lots of attendants in the parking garage though to direct you, both in and out (unlike Sens games). I will definitely attend another game but I think I would park in one of the several public 'pay-and-display' lots nearby - maybe go early and have lunch/dinner at one of the many restaurants at Lansdowne or in the Glebe neighbourhood before the game.
