My kids has a great time. Much more entertaining for them than a raptors game and the smaller venue allows for interaction with more of the team and characters there.
My special Olympics basketball teammates and I came to watch raptors 905 first time and enjoyed it. My family and I came for second visit which was first time for my brother and sister. Hopefully I will visit again
My wife and I brought our 3 year old daughter to her first 905 game and she had a blast! Great experience for kids at a reasonable price for a night out with the family at a sporting event. Will definitely be going back next season.
Everything was great. Easy access to arena and lots of parking. I did notice many more seats unoccupied at the game than were shown on the seat map as available when we chose our seats 2 days before the event. Not sure why this discrepancy as i would have purchased better seats. Still, we were able see the play well. Lots of entertainment and fan interaction.
Let’s face it, few can afford seats at Scotiabank arena a few rows back but watching the 905 up close is something any sports fan can afford. And the basketball is first rate. A great evening out!
Great space but BIG missed opportunity by not having any of Paramount fine foods available Just a bit of a let down that i could not buy a nice Shawarma, falafal or even just some pickled radish/beets while enjoying a 905 game. Would honestly be happy if they were just pre-made wraps since I know it takes time to match the quality and customization of a Paramount restaurant. Thanks for your consideration.
First time going to a game and was very impressed. Great atmosphere, just like being at a Raptors game but unfortunately less attendance. Will certainly go again and will recommend!
It was a great experience since it felt like family there. The fans are really loyal and super nice! Fries were also amazing :)
The game was fun but the staff were standing in front of our section and constantly getting all the kids(afternoon game) to scream and cheer and hitting their inflatable clappers. The tshirt giveaways during the playing of the game was distracting and caused more screaming. Trying to get the crowd whipped up by the staff was too much.
This was our first time going to a Raptors 905 game and we have heard many good things from family and thought it might be a great thing to do with the kids. The ticket buying process was pretty straight forward and all seats were decently priced and had a good view of the court. The arena was 2/3 full when we went. Overall the experience was ok - not as hype as Raptors, of course. Prices for food/drink were a bit steep and wasn't expecting to pay so much so we had to be very choosy on what to buy. Arena was clean, and everyone working at the arena were professional and courteous. I would recommend a Raptors 905 game if you are looking for a good activity to do with the kids.
From parking to entering the stadium, ticket holders can expect an easy experience. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of concession stands open to ensure everyone moves through lines quickly. Game is filled with lots of activities and events to keep crowd hyped during intermissions and time outs. Experience is fun for all ages!
I bought tickets for my girlfriend and I to go to the Lunar New Year game because we wanted to get jerseys which we were told would be sold on the concourse. When we arrived we wets told there was none and left with no explanation. How can you market the whole game around jerseys you didn’t even have to sell.. the game was great other than the fact they lost but I could see myself coming to more games but only if this gets resolved, otherwise it’s put a bad taste in my mouth about the franchise
Had an amazing weeknight out in Mississauga to check out Raptors 905 for the first time. I was impressed with how professional and organized the hype crew and and interstitial entertainment was (the dance crew on breaks etc) and the core of dedicated fans young & old alike keeping the vibe up on what could have easily been a sleepy experience for a Tuesday night with moderate attendance. Instead, it was a blast - the crowd kept the players in it, it seemed - and a late game run made it even more exciting for a night out chosen on a whim. As a first time, I'd definitely go back again - really great time!
Very entertaining, 905 Raptors played well and my son amazing time and enjoyed the game.
Took my 2 boys to the game on the weekend and while they absolutely loved the whole day, they were completely destroyed that the mascot only came to our section once and completely ignored them. They were in the first row dancing and cheering and desperately wanted a high-five from Stripes. It was a sad drive home with a disappointed 6&7 year old.
Wife and I sat court side beside the away teams bench , staff was friendly and the level of skill/competition was on the same level as NBA games.
First pro basketball game and found it very entertaining. Would go again.
Going to a 905 game is always fun and affordable. It is unfortunate that the food counters don't have better offerings (and the lines are often terribly slow and long). It's also a huge frustration to get out of the poorly designed parking lot after the game. Despite those problems, it's still a great time. Best to get there early for Saturday afternoon games if possible, because it takes longer to get in than you'd expect.
nice family-oriented atmosphere and I got seats very close to the 905 players for a great price getting out of the parking lot after the game is slow, lots of cars .. traffic jam
Wonderful venue and enjoyed the basketball game, the mascot and cheerleaders.
