National Bank Open - WTA Women's Tennis Tickets

In general the event and the venue are great, however something needs to be done about the stadium infrastructure to deal with the weather. I know that there isn't anything much that anyone can do about whether it rains or not, but the delays this year due to rain will make me think twice about going next year (as it might for a few participants as well). 2 hours delay getting into to see the quarter finals on Friday night, and because of that only stayed to see one of the 2 matches we had expected (and paid) to see (we had prior commitments for the next day and couldn't stay until what turned out to be 3am). I can imagine that Samsonova felt a little ripped off as well, having to play the final of her tourney a mere 2 hrs after winning the semi, which speaks to how pro's may look at participating at this tournament in the future...The stadium really needs a roof or something, take the $$$ that they want to use for the Big O replacement roof , V.XXIV, and use it for IGA

À refaire à chaque année et on pense amener nos ados au moins une fois. Le site est super. Le seul problème mais c'est Montréal, c'est le stationnement !! Merci pour tout et à l'an prochain.

Availability of parking and signs of where to park was poorly planned out.

Car parking signs weren't clear (passholder, vip, ttc, york U, parkings not mentioned). Lack of signs when to the stadium from the large ttc parking. No gate number (at least i didn't see it) to know which gate is closest to my seat. Outdoor large screen LCD scoreboard has very low resolution, the small texts were hard to read. Inside centre court's large screen tv too small

My experience at the NBO was fantastic. All the staff were super friendly , all good venues were clean and organized. the space was a good size as well. Never felt crowded or rushed in the stadium. Can't wait to go back next year! Thank you Toronto ❤️

It was amazing since the registrstion on site, the buying of the tickets and the organization, upbeat enviroment of the event and safety. We really enjoyed it.

Glad to see you encouraging people to take the subway. There was lots of signage on the subway. But when people got off at Pioneer Village station there were no signs or staff there to direct them towards Sobey's Stadium (which you can't see from the station). So people were wandering around trying to figure out which way to walk. The same problem occurred when we were leaving - from a different exit than where we entered. And the app had no detailed info or a link to map, etc. Please remedy this next year!

Excellent atmosphere and a great tennis match. Had a wonderful day out with my family! We will be doing it again next year and have talked about making it an annual event.

Was a fantastic day. Drink prices were a little crazy and was not happy that tennis on centre court which I paid for did not start until 1:00 on a Wed.

This arena hosting about 10000 spectators is the perfect size for me as it makes all seats a giod choice and the cost was resonable. I will return.
