Formed in 1967, signed in 1971, and fronted by iconic vocalist Kevin Cronin since 1972, REO Speedwagon's unrelenting drive, as well as non-stop touring and recording jump-started the burgeoning rock movement in the Midwest. Platinum albums and radio staples soon followed, setting the stage for the release of the band's explosive Hi Infidelity in 1980, which contained the massive hit singles "Keep On Loving You" and "Take It On the Run." That landmark album spent 15 weeks in the No. 1 slot and has since earned the RIAA's coveted 10X Diamond Award for surpassing sales of 10 million units in the United States.
From 1977 to 1989, the band released nine consecutive albums all certified Platinum or higher. Today, REO Speedwagon has sold more than 40 million albums around the globe, and Cronin and bandmates Bruce Hall (bass), Dave Amato (guitar), Bryan Hitt (drums), and Derek Hilland (touring keyboardist) are still electrifying audiences worldwide in concert with hits and fan-favorites such as "Ridin' The Storm Out," "Can't Fight This Feeling," "Time For Me To Fly," "Roll With The Changes," the aforementioned "Keep On Loving You" and "Take It On the Run," and many, many more.

This band is harder rock than their biggest hits would have you believe. As a casual fan I was impressed with the hard-charging play from these guys!
The band sounded so good like they did 30 years ago! That was an awesome night ! Thank you !
Great time and the band got the audience involved Sound was excellent
Great show by REO Speedwagon at River Cree. The band was tight and energetic. Played all their great hits. Sound could have been a bit better. We had a wonderful time and we’re so glad to finally see this iconic band.
First of all, need to clarify my wife and I are big big REO fans but have never once ever been able to attend a concert. We had a location lined up back in 2021 in California however we were unable to attend due to Covid travel issues. That being said, you gave us refunds on those tickets and we truly appreciated it thinking we were out the $$. Another opportunity came up and this time only 4 hrs from home. And are we glad we took the opportunity to see them!! IT WAS SO SO GOOD!! We had VIP seats but ended up standing at the stage front for the entire concert. The venue was perfect as it was a smaller location so it honestly was like the concert was just for my wife and I. For those who are looking for REO to sound like they did in the 80's, well that is not going to happen. The band is so much older now, but that is why we really appreciated it. Those guys are hard core rockers!! The band being in their late 60's and 70's now of course they will not sound exactly like they did back in their hay days...but my wife and I left the concert thinking man are these guys rockers! They are still going, passionate as ever, with the crowd singing along every chance they get. Thank you to everyone involved (band, sound guys, roadies, the host casino...this was one of the top concerts we have ever attended.
Lots of fun, this was a fantastic concert. Lots of energy shown by REO Grey Eagle needs to improve on the ventilation system as the cigarette smoke makes its way into the venue
The group is weathered, haggard and they just couldn’t reach the notes like back in the day. I waited 2 yrs for a disappointment.
Fantastic the band rocked it for 2.5 hours. The encore was a Loverboy Xlassix paying tribute to Canada
