I enjoyed the Ricky Martin concert. The only problem was people not staying seated and making it hard to see the performance.
The whole show was fantastic, as it totally embraced all the Vegas shows into one. You had your dancers that also featured them as the showgirls. His rendition of Frank Sinatra's Luck be a Lady was great. His mix of English and Spanish was also balanced
I truly didn't know what to expect going in as all i remember was a few of his hits. Man was I blown away. This was like a broadway style show, the dancers were amazing, choreography unbelievable. Ricky himself was outstanding, never stopped moving and there was no lip syncing.. And last but not least the band- If you like horns and Upbeat Latin style music you do not want to miss this. I'm sure that his shows going forward will be sold out once people catch wind of it. If there was a 10 to give i would give it that.
Ricky has still got it! what an energetic & entertaining event.
Unforgettable show that is on my top five best concerts ever
Glad I got to see Ricky in person, Extremely talented! Songs slightly off, EVERYONE in their phones filming instead of just watching show. Left after only 5 songs... sorry that I purchased the tickets. I had been very excited to go but was disappointed. Security bounced seats beside us THREE TIMES!!! Blocked our view repeatedly. Less happy with the venue than the performance. Ricky is VERY handsome in person! Sounded Amazing!
The showmanship and musical entertainment is spectacular. He brings old vegas back in style.A night you will not forget. His magical stage and his energy makes you dance. My daughter was truly entertained.
best new show in vegas for now and i saw so many show at vegas
Great show.....very Las Vegas with glamour and dancers, very high energy!!!He is one of the very few performers that dances his ass off and doesn't lip sync, amazing to watch❤
Saw Ricky Martin 17 years ago and again this time he did not disappoint! Please do not make me wait another 17 years!!!
Ricky Martin was awesome..he knew how to mix his English and Spanish songs to entertain all his public..
Great show. Opening act was awesome. Ricky Martin was fabulous except for one thing we preferred the latino Ricky Martin rather than the rocker Ricky Martin. 95% of the audience was latino. The place exploded when he switched over to his latin music. That's what people wanted to hear.....
We did a meet and greet with Ricky and it was ok, it was a bit more rushed than usual, as I saw him in 2011. I would recommend going to his concert, but not the meet and greet.
I love Ricky Martin. I had seen him in concert in Mexico like 20 years ago. He is great, has a great voice, he is an amazing dancer, so funny, always smiling! The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because he sang a many new songs, and there are old ones like "Jaleo" that he should have sang, but he did not.
If you have never been to a Ricky Martin concert, this is the one to see. Everything about is an unbelievable ride from beginning to end. You will be on your feet, dancing with the dancers, swaying with the musicians and sing loudly and off key with Ricky. You will leave his show with your heart full, your feet and voice sore and a permanent smile on your face for days. Go see this show, you will have lots of fun and wish the show never ended.
This is my third time doing a Ricky Martin meet and greet. This was by far the poorest and most disorganized event ever. There had to be 50 of us compared to 4 and about 15 the last times I did this. The wait to get into the venue was probably an hour and a half , then another hour to get into sound check then another 45 minutes standing in line backstage to do the meet and greet, only to be herded in like cattle and have a quick 30 second picture taken. No time to talk or even get a photo with your cell phone. Just picture and get the hell out. Totally disappointed as we usually get at least 5 minutes with the guy. For the money one pays for these things you expect a little more. Not sure who is running this event and totally over selling meet and greet packages but they should be fired. This will be the last one I waste my money on if this is how it's going to be from now on. That said, the concert itself was fantastic. Ricky never disappoints on that end. Great seats and excellent concert.
Have we known better, we would have come to concert at 9:30 not at 8 when the concert was officially starting. The opening band Ha-ash was so bad that it completely killed the mood, we almost left altogether!! Blah songs, horrible singing, no guitar-playing skills. In addition they didn't have enough respect to English-speaking audience to greet them in English at least a single time - they addressed everyone only in Spanish the whole time! If you can, skip them and come an hour later only to see Ricky! (I wish we had!) Ricky Martin was great, still got the moves and a great voice! His dancers were awesome too! I would have given the concert 4 or 5 stars, if I didn't have to go through the pain of watching the opening band!
Worth travelling to Vegas for .. an exceptional high energy performance not only by Ricky but by all the performers and an incredible message of humanity. I applaud his courage and the wonderful message he is carrying with him. I trust he will reach way beyond his usual audience to spread joy and love around the world for those who cannot themselves be heard and for those who feel the stigma of race and colour .. as you say Ricky.. Equality for all mankind.
I was, overall, very satisfied with this new show. It's an improvement over the last one of his I saw in Toronto a few years ago. We saw a more open, more authentic and certainly happier Ricky on stage. The whole set design was very good, with the multilevel platforms, use of the whole stage, several changes of wardrobe and excellent dancers. At the same time, I feel that EVERY move that Ricky made on stage was completelly rehearsed. There wasn't an intimate moment when he talked or opened to the audience. I felt a little bit of disconnect in that sense. Also, I don't understand why he didn't perform in a main arena, like the Air Canada Centre, like he did last time.
Ricky put on an awesome show! I thought it would be odd seeing him at Casino Rama but the space was actually great. Alot more intimate then say the ACC. Ricky sounded and looked great! Go see him on his tour for sure.
