Good performance but overall disappointed by event

So I was quite disappointed to find out that they were replaced by some Quebec bands for openers. Later we found out that the lead singer of Rivers of Nihil was not performing and no explanation was given. Therefore around 60% of what I expected out of this concert was missing... I appreciate the effort from the local bands and from Rivers of Nihil. All of the performers played well and can't say they were unenjoyable. However, considering the opening bands were hardly the same genre of music and the lead singer apparently just decided not to show up, I feel like the Canadian fans were neglected. I would not recommend or pay for this quality of concert again.
