I had long been wanting to attend one of Ross Petty's Christmas pantos, and knowing that this was his final one, and having a six year old grandson who is a sponge for new experiences, I knew I had to go to Peter's Final Flight. I bought a family four-pack and took my son, my daughter and my grandson, and it was as bright and colourful and silly and smart and witty as I had hoped. The cast are terrific and all seem to be having as good a time as the audience, I was particularly fond of Smee, Hook himself and, of course, Plumbum.
I knew it was going to be good as soon as the play began to "Enter Sandman".
Lots of timely little jokes for the adults, broad comedy for everyone, just great family entertainment.
