This was one close game! From the very start, the American team came out fighting and never let up but the Canadian team never gave up and held their ground and eventually came around to taking the lead and keeping it. The teams seemed quite equally matched and the action packed plays never let up making it a riveting game right to the finish.
Good game ...but with an 18 point lead carried into the game, the tension was lifted. This created a party atmosphere that was fun... The crowd was great...the stadium announcer sucked - had no clue about Rugby...no announcement on penalty calls and they completely missed a 10 minute Sin Bin on Canada that in a tighter game could have had a significant impact on the game. I wish they hired someone that knows Rugby to make the announcements and updates correctly. Looking forward to the game vs. the All Blacks in November...need to sort out the stadium announcer before that...
Great game - suspenseful til the end. Can't wait til November to see the Maoris go down!
Missed the match completely due to time change that I did not notice.

So this is a mixed review. I full heartedly enjoyed the game, however getting there was a nightmare! When I bought the tickets I had no idea that the CNE was going on. The event took place inside the fairgrounds, which could have been pleasant if there's was an available parking. I got the email the day before saying there was limited parking, still no mention of the CNE! It took almost 2hrs to find parking, so when we were turned away from the VIP lot, 30mins after the game had started, you can imagine my annoyance. If the lot even looked full I'd understand, but it was almost completely empty! My last annoyance was once we had parked there was no signage for the game at all. Had to ask random people. Thankfully the game was late starting, so we only missed half of it. And there was a line to get in of other people who were late. Very disappointed.
Excellent match! Canada won! Looking forward to the Nov 3rd 2013 All Blacks match. PS. The perogies at the BMO food stand are superb! My true favorite moments are the scrums-can never get over the spectacle of seeing these guys weighing hundreds of pounds of pure muscle get tipped into the air-just awesome-rugby rules!!!!Cheers, AP
Good game, Canada were lucky to win. USA looked much more energetic, Canada was a little too laid back. Brilliant try by Canada, I'm glad they won and I enjoyed the game!

For my first rugby international, I certainly enjoyed myself and felt it an excellent experience to have had. I had an amazing view of the match and watching Canada battle Ireland was a thrill, but it is too bad that the second half of the match was rather downhill, with Ireland scoring 28 points to beat Canada 40-14 in the end.
Loved the event!! Crowd was awesome! The final score was definitely not indicative of the game. Canada did way better than the final score shows.
I thin this past Saturday's game was awsome and I am so happy that Rigby Canada was able to organize and Canada Ireland match at BMO field. I just wish it was earlier in the day.
Pity Canada didn't do better, but was a good game and even though I was right at the back, I could see everything!

Great match. Great energy from the fans. Facility was excellent as well.
It was a great game. Canada held the Irish squad up until half time. Canada seemed to be outmatched in the end. The Irish squad looked a little more fit and seasoned than our boys. I am going to be coaching rugby next year and so i wanted to get exposure to the game. No better way than by going to see Canada's best play. I would for sure come out to more matches in Toronto. it is a great venue for watching.
