The show was more than we expected. First time ever going to any type of show and it was fabulous. Fun exciting very interactive with the Audience. Great night out would Definitely recommend it
I was so disappointed in this concert. It started late. But the main thing was how loud it was. To the point of being uncomfortable. I could actually feel my chest inside vibrating. And the lights were flashing so much that i was afraid it would make my sister have a seizure. The performers themselves were very good. But at intermission we left. Definitely did not enjoy the show but others seemed to. Maybe I'm just getting to old . Lol.
Such an amazing show show!!! The kindness, acceptance and love treat was shared was uplifting! As nurse the shout out for health care workers was amazing! The entertainment was world class. Thank you for great evening of entertainment and positivity!!!
voss events put on the best shows! a little pricey but worth every penny. the queens always have amazing numbers and outfits. it’s a very well put together show!!!
My only wish was that I was closer and could see their faces better. Also was really disappointing that Alyssa Edwards didn't show up but the show was absolutely amazing and they were all so talented and entertaining and STUNNING. Love them so much
There were a lot of problems technically with the venue and lighting people but the show itself was amazing and I highly recommend it!
Amazing show! Violet was on fire as MC and every performance gave me life! Long live the qweens!
It was everything I ever wanted and more. Violet Chachki really set the bar up high with that opening number tho!
One thing I disliked is the fact that I couldn’t purchase my fiancé and I seat together. I had to purchase them separately and they wouldn’t put us together. The lines were extremely LONG but the wait was really SHOT! It moved quickly! Everything seemed organized. Kinda disappointed I couldn’t have a drink while watching the show but everything was perfect. I had a great time.
The show was late, which I understand was not the fault of the performers/event staff but the show felt very unorganized and rushed. Also we couldn’t have drinks in the theatre…even though there were cup holders for every seat. It just is the kind of show that I think people would have enjoyed having drinks while watching.
The show itself was alright, seemed rather average in terms of entertainment value. I think we were expecting more elaborate performances/prop usage etc., but nonetheless the show was still entertaining. The show seemed like it was cut short due to the start time changing from 8 to 9pm. I’m assuming not every ticket holder checked their email to know about the change, or the fact that the venue decided to send out recommended arrival times for each ticket holder. Even following our recommended arrival time which was 8:15-8:30pm (originally was supposed to be an hour earlier but the show time changed), the lineup was beyond manageable. We were in line for over an hour, then, there were more lines to be seated..It was close to 10:30pm before the show began..so if you wanted to grab a drink you were missing the show because those lineups were huge.. and they stopped serving at 11pm so there was essentially no time to get refreshments at all. It was clear that the time it would take to verify everyone’s information to gain entry was grossly underestimated. It’s all trial and error until we all adapt to the new norm, I guess.
Violet was a great hostess, so funny. Priyanka's special appearance was also amazing!
The queens were amazing but in general the production very disorganized. The audio was off. The transition from act to act was very bad. The lines to go into the place were massive, despite having an arrival time.
Very disappointing! So many technical problems..lighting, sound and props. The late start was understandable. The main reason why we went was Alyssa Edwards, she was nowhere to be found and no mention why, even tho she was on the poster. Rosé, Plastique and Violet were good. Overall not a great night.
The queens put on an amazing show! We will definitely look for tickets again next year. Unfortunately the queen we were looking forward to seeing most did not appear at the Toronto show which was a huge disappointment. Would be good to know the specific lineup for each show ahead of time.
The host was terrible and boring. I had to leave early cuz the show started 3 hours late. Waste of money.
The event was suppose to start at 8pm. We were sent an email at 2pm saying that the event would start at 9pm but I don’t think they were prepared for the time it would take to check covid passports as the event didn’t actually start until 10pm. The performers were delayed at the border due to covid restrictions, however this should have been planned for as we are in a pandemic. Rather than apologizing for the late start, Violet blamed Canadian customs. The costumes were amazing, some of the performances were good as well. There were long breaks between performances where the stage was empty, save for stagehands running back and forth frantically. At one point the curtain went down and stayed down for about 5 minutes when there was a video playing on the stage. The event was poorly planned. As the host, Violet was underwhelming. Most times it was obvious that she was stalling because the next performer wasn’t ready. She lacked material to fill the time and would constantly solicit the audience for cheers without providing anything to cheer for. Because the event started so late, we had to leave the event early to catch the last train out of Toronto, missing the finale. Overall, this event was overpriced for the amount of effort went into it. I will say that the backup dancers were the stars of the show and whatever they are getting paid, they deserve more.
I love the queens and they are SUPER talented. However, being on the balcony/mezzanine was not that enjoyable. A lot of us felt excluded from the fun. There were no large screens so we couldn't really see them lip syncing. The only screens were used for background graphics which makes sense, however, there were these prop arches that were covering most of the screen so we couldn't really see much. Seeing reposts of the videos of the event from attendees on the ground floor looked like a completely different concert, and you could really see the work they put into their performances.
It was delayed by two hours. I wish we would’ve been informed. We only knew about the 1-hour delay. I was late for another engagement due to this event. I wouldn’t have gone if I knew it was going to start so late. Was it worth the wait? Not really.
Took girlfriend for the show and her favorite artist (Elissa Edwards) wasn’t even there
