About
As the third-highest placing stand-up comedian in America’s Got Talent history after placing fourth on Season 13, there’s no doubt that Samuel J. Comroe knows how to win a crowd over. This Los Angeles native’s lightly self-deprecating jokes surrounding his experience living with Tourette's syndrome from age six have touched hearts internationally. In 2012 Comroe won Ricky Gervais' Just Sayin’ app contest and got to perform on the Conan TV show as part of his prize. The following year he won the San Francisco Comedy Competition before his run on America’s Got Talent in 2018. Comroe now performs at over 100 comedy clubs and colleges annually. In addition to performing live, Comroe has amassed over 100,000 subscribers on his YouTube channel, where he posts a mix of live comedy content and family-style vlogs. Dedicating his life to performing comedy as a form of self-acceptance, Comroe jokingly shares a punchline that sums it all up: “I got 99 problems...but a twitch ain't one.”
