Rating: 4 out of 5 Sesame Street live was fun for the family
by Slhy on 2014-01-02Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoThe show was great, mostly high energy songs with dances and an easy to follow storyline. Some of the songs were slow and the kids lost interest but they went back to high energy songs quickly. My kids had a great morning and are still talking about it. My only complaint was that the concessions were very expensive and at intermission they brought 2 huge bouquets of helium Elmo balloons down to the front of the theatre. They were outrageously expensive and impossible to avoid. We managed to avoid meltdowns but I think it's a bit much.

by Boston07 on 2014-01-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoWe went to see Sesame Street "Making Friends" and we loved it. The performance was excellent. The meet and greet with Elmo and Cookie Monster made it even more enjoyable. A Must See for little ones!!

by nmanilow on 2014-01-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoMy 2 1/2 yr old granddaughter would have enjoyed it a lot more if there was less story theme and more singing and dancing.
Rating: 4 out of 5 My son loved it! Oscar is his favorite!
by LilG on 2014-01-01Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoIt was well done. Sound was perfect......we have found many children's shows far too loud, but this was perfect! View was great and all of the characters were in the show. I thought the characters would interact more with the children and have them dancing, like the wiggles do.
Rating: 5 out of 5 Time well spent
by SSFans on 2013-12-31Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoFirst live performance for my 2 year old. It was fabulous. Good show length and start time. Perfect seats in row F. Lots if music, dancing and characters interacting with the audience - loved it!

by Lovemykiddies on 2013-12-31Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoOverall the show was nice. My 3 year old was disappointed he did not have a chance to see Elmo come off stage and give him a "high-five" (and we had very good seats). I would have given the show 5 stars if there was more audience interaction with the characters. Would have been especially nice if Elmo came out into the crowd.
Rating: 4 out of 5 So much fun!!!
by NatashaT76 on 2013-12-31Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoWhat a lovely evening!! I took 3 boys, aged 2, 3.5 and 7. All loved it! While you expect to get gauged at these events, I didn't like that they sold you $10 Mylar balloons at intermission, and then asked them not to be flown in the air. A little annoying.

Rating: 1 out of 5 Could Be Better
by TorontoReviewer2013 on 2013-12-30Sony Centre For The Performing Arts - TorontoI found the cost of the ticket to be too high for an average performance. Went with my son. He got bored by the second half of the show. Food sold in the lobby (French fries) could not be brought inside. Prices on food outrageous. Looks like the aim of performers is to make money on everything instead of bringing joy to children. Shame.
