It was awesome. There were amazing feats of strength, flexibility, and kung fu. The aerials and hand to hand demonstrations were great.
This was a very exiting and well crafted show. I would definately recommend this show to any age group.
A great mixture of storytelling, beauty, style, passion and kick ass skills. Something for everyone with both grace and nail biting moments
From beginning to end the show was amazing. The music was great and every section was well planned. It was an added bonus that there was a screen to the side of the stage. We were sitting in the third row and although a great seat for most of the show, when watching the footwork you had to view the screen as it could not be seen on the stage. It would be hard to recommend this show to most people as it IS an acquired taste. Two things I would look into for their next visit are as follows: (1) Audience should be told to be quiet whilst the show is on - got fed up with people chatting. (2) I would have liked a programme with pictures and the names of the monks and their ranks. We are not all Chinese and brought up with these Arts and sometimes it would be nice to have an explanation of the different stances and there meanings along with a history of the Shaolin Monks.
I was just spell bound. .This was artistic and beatifull, at the same time. It is something i would recomend this show to anyone. Was so glad to have seen it.
I loved the Shaolin Warrior show at Casino Rama, amazing jumping, martial arts and co-ordination. I would highly recommend the show. BUT my seats were in the front row and the stage was over 5 feet high so I could only see half of the bodies. My wife who is 5 ft tall had to watch the full show on the large screens while twisting in her seat.
Photos and/or videos were not allowed, the show was fast pace and exciting. The show started at 8:00 and people were still being seated at 9:00, having center floor seats there were many interuptions of view because of late commers. Policy regarding late arrivals should be reviewed by the Casino Rama entertainment department.
Whether you are martial arts fan or otherwise, these guys don't fail to impress. Shaolin Kung Fu is very much like a combination of ballet and fighting (but a lot cooler than trying to imagine mixing the two!). The artists are fluid, graceful, and their stunts are impressive.
The kung fu was incrediable! You have to be there to see it yourself!
The show was exciting and horrifying at times. It is amazing to see what a human body can do with proper conditioning of the mind. It really makes you appreciate hard work and dedication. The two small boys were breath taking; one wonders when did they start their training. Overall a wonderful experience; there were moments I had to close my eyes though.
The show was well worth the money. These men are incredibly disciplined and the show was full of amazing artistry and stunts.
I've done enough martial arts in my life to really, REALLY appreciate the level of mastery that these fellows have. Some of the things they are capable of are simply amazing, and must be seen to be believed. The two young kids they had with them were simply astonishing!
These warriors are incredible. Knowing this was no special effects show made it more amazing.
I have seen many shaolin warriors in Vegas, China, HK, Us ,Canada, I found this event very average, they did not do anything I have not seen before, their exercise on Monkey style to be very poor, short and not the whole act, the Drunken style is fine, the frog style is good, I did not see the Shaolin Stand, the weapons style on the whole is poor, on the bottom line the show is poor.
