Silent Movie Mondays Tickets

It was such an incredible experience to watch a silent movie at Orpheum. The live piano music absolutely made each scene more dramatic!! Also amazed at how they shot the movie 100 years ago like that. Thank you so much for the opportunity. It was one of the best nights!

Great night out! The crowd was really entertained by the unique night of live music, a great old classic silent movie, and the lively informative discussion afterwards! Oh, and thanks for the drink and popcorn special!

Jazz music before, photo booth (4/5, should've been sepia not black and white), and then the movie.... OMG almost my whole life I've known the image of Harold Lloyd hanging from that clock but never saw the movie until this week!! It was hilarious, better than most romcoms these days; the whole audience was belly laughing almost all the way through. I enjoyed it SOOOO much I'm buying tickets for the other two and hoping that the Orpheum will extend the series, perhaps with Nosferatu around Halloween, and Metropolis , the Cabinet of Dr Caligari, etc etc. I would love to book a Monday a month to watch these awesome movies. Oh, and the appearance of Lloyd's granddaughter to introduce and then reminisce after was amazing! I felt like I was living in history. Such a great night.

This was a fabulous experience! Live music, Photo Booth, special guests and all in the gorgeous Orpheum Theatre. Couldn't have asked for a better night.

For a silent movie this was a nail biter, really good filming from 100 years ago. The Orpheum's Whurlitzer organ was absolutely played superbly. The presenters where great too!
