About
Slow Crush on Tour
Heavy metal, escapist rock band Slow Crush is back with a 14-stop international tour. They're on the road celebrating the release of their second, and critically acclaimed, studio album, 2021's Hush. The 10-track release features the self-titled hit single along with "Swoon," which has tallied nearly a million combined streams on Spotify and YouTube. The Belgium-based shoegaze jam group features a sound that is both soothing, with its ethereal melodies, and abrasive with power chords. The four-piece group, led by bassist and vocalist Isa Holliday, released their debut album, Aurora, in 2018, and toured for nearly two years straight to the delight of their fans. After a pause during the pandemic, and the release of their sophomore album, now is the best time to see Slow Crush live. Get your tickets today.
Slow Crush Live in Concert
With a contrasting sound that blends walls of heavy metal with melodic dream pop, Belgium-based musician Isa Holliday birthed Slow Crush in 2017 alongside Jan Jouck and Jelle Harde Ronsmans on guitar and Steven Cammaerts on drums. Shortly after their first performance, the group recorded and pressed their debut studio album, Aurora, to much fanfare. The lead track, "Glow," has amassed more than 2 million streams on Spotify alone. While the group has struggled organizationally behind the scenes, bouncing among several different labels and repressing the album a handful of times, it hasn't stopped Holliday and her group from rocking audience members with their impressive sound. Slow Crush toured for nearly two years consecutively across both Europe and the United States in all types of venues, and have cultivated a dedicated following in the process. During the downtime during the COVID-19 pandemic, it allowed the group to retreat back to their home to record, refine and master their sound for their latest album Hush.
