Great seeing a living legend still performing and sounding great.
Smokey was incredible! At 82 he was moving and dancing like a 30 year old! His voice was as if he just stepped out of a time machine.
Great song choice , but too short concert over by 9:30, started past 8
Excellent show. Smokey was in fine form. Sounded great and still has the moves. Brought back some good memories!
Generally enjoyed this concert although it dragged a bit several times. Towards the end the on stage antics became somewhat tedious. He should stick to singing! I would not attend another concert by this performer.
Smokey Robinson and his crew gave an illuminating performance! From "Ooh Baby Baby", "Tears of a Clown" to "Cruisin'" to even more recent songs, the stunning vocals and majestic guys playing the instruments, they never et us down! What a great concert!
Show was amazing! His voice was as beautiful as ever! He was so funny! I would see him again.
It was an amazing show, at his age his performance was incredible I will highly recommend every one who did not see this show to go see him when next he is performing at Casino Rama in Orillia. I was on my feet most of the time, and even my husband was singing all the songs, I was impress. I will see him again.
The man was hot i could not believe how great he sounds. I love every minute of the show .
Smokey was amazing. Really gave a great performance .
Smokey is an amazing entertainer. It's the first time we have seen him live and he exceeded our expectations. His voice was crystal clear and wow can he do those runs. Thanks to Smokey and his band for a fabulous night of entertainment. From the 5 Girls
Disappointed that he did not come up for an Encore
Seen Smokey a few years ago at Casino Rama but this time he was even better... One of the best acts that we have seen there would definitely go back to see him.
Smokey is my favorite all time performer. I have seen him in the past several times. This time the venue was disappointing as they allowed people to get up and down through the entire performance which was very distracting. Also Smokey was more sexually explicit that I have seen him before which made me uncomfortable.
Thoroughly enjoyed watching such a legend. He still looks good and sounds fantastic. He connects with the audience wonderfully making everyone feel good. My one comment, I would have liked a little less audience participation and for him perform more of his songs.
Smokey Sing... Yes Smokey Dance... No I don't know who told you to dance but they should be fired. Why would a man who can sing so well make a fool out of himself by dancing like a stripper? Smokey can sing but he can't dance.
Motown was back with a Vengeance. Was an incredible show. Smokey rocked out his hits for almost 2 straight hours non stop. Had the crowd singing and dancing and loving every moment. What a legend! Anyone who has the chance to see Smokey needs to jump at it and have this experience for themselves. Incredible! I'd see him again in a second. Motown all the way!! Need so much more of this great music..
Very sorry to report that the show was not what I was expecting - his age really showed in his performance and voice - love him still but would not recommend this to anyone
I cannot think of a down side to this show. To see a legend, to hear his silky voice was a privilege. The sound was fantastic and made every noise he made audible. Just so incredible to hear his voice. At one point I wondered if it was a recording because it was so perfect.
At nearly 75, Smokey still has the moves, the silky voice, the oozing sensuality, and the humor and charm of a great entertainer. The crowd involvement piece was well received, but went on a little too long...I'd rather hear Smokey perform. And then the show was over...no "goodbye", no "thanks, Vancouver"... no opportunity for a curtain-call...more like a time-limited casino lounge act finish. A disappointing end to a great show.
