I had an amazing time at this festival! The bands were fantastic, and it was a good variety. I would have liked it better if some bands werent overlapped on the two stages. Also I would have liked to have access to the vendors all day, I would have eaten all my meals on site instead of going to downtown Squamish. A place with private showers also would have been greatly appreciated. Overall I had so much fun, great music and also met great people as well! I will definitely be going back next year!

    Live at Squamish 2012

by Joyce on 2012-08-29Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

It was awesome!! They handled the crown well, had lots of help, food to eat and had beer gardens. Would go again in a hearbeat. Glad to see the hip, that was the best part!!

Awesome weekend. The bands were great. The weather was great. The crowd was great. Well organized. Looking forward to next year! We live in such a beautiful place and it's so nice to have an event of this quality so close to home.

    An amazing festival

by liveguest on 2012-08-28Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

Had such a great time! Loved all the bands, even when I didn't expect to and "The Junction" was a great spot. I did think the beer garden should have been open later and that there definitely should have been special ticket prices for the residents of Squamish!

    Tragically hip and mother mother

by Jbird18 on 2012-08-28Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

Great location and Tragically Hip and Mother Mother were amazing. Not so sure about having City and Colour as a headliner though especially after the incredible show that Mother Mother put on (as always). I like Cuty and Colours music but it was kind of boring and a bit of a downer to close out the weekend with. great food stands and lots of beer gardens. I'll be back in 2013... But hope it will end with more memorably.

    The Traj

by fancypants123 on 2012-08-28Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

The Hip (aka The Traj) was by far the best show. Mother Mother came a close second. Chromeo was a bit of a bust. All in all, last year's line up I have to say was better, but this was definitely still worth going for. And great scenery to boot!

for a good time call live@squamish!

Different line-up every year, but always awesome. Chill crowd, some in costumes, makes for a comfortable but exciting weekend festival.

    Amazing setting for a concert!

by Mick9000 on 2012-08-27Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

Great bands, well organized and a fantastic setting in my own backyard. The beer garden could use better service though! You shouldn't have to fight to get a drink.

The Tragically Hip do not disappoint!

by mel6 on 2012-08-27Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

We only bought tickets for Saturday of the festival. Left Vancouver around 2pm but due to an accident, only arrived close to 5pm so after we set up our tent, we ended up getting to the festival to catch the tail end of the Sheepdogs and all of Tragically Hip. The Hip was beyond amazing!!! Best concert i`ve ever seen. No complaints whatsoever in that regard. Regarding the festival itself, the line up for beer was extremely long (about an hour) which put a bit of a damper on the evening but that was it. The food trucks had some good food and were open even after the last concert was over. Overall, a very good time.

The Hip and Sheepdogs were great!

by Rockprincess on 2012-08-27Loggers Sports Grounds - Squamish

My first Live@Squamish event. I had a great time and I thought it was very organized. Parking was ok but not enough of it. Which is a good thing. Means lots of people came out to see this event. :)
