    An entertaining and side-splitting event!

by computerdad2 on 2015-04-27Fox Theatre Detroit - Detroit

There it was, the team who had known each other since the 'SNL' days - together again, and funny as they were back then, with a lot of great memories along the way on video, with unforgettable talent... still!

Overall it was quite entertaining. . The cost was rather exorbitant. I did not see the value for what we paid for tickets. Knowing it was going towards charity made the cost a little more palatable.

Martin Short put out so much energy & Steve Martin added alot of variety. Its clear just how talented these two are & it felt like they enjoyed themselves as well - not a canned performance

Face to face with 2 wacky, charming personalities

by Dust3 on 2013-09-10Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

My son & I enjoyed the show, we laughed so hard we cried. Some skits we were expecting from these two and one just went completely wrong from the beginning. The death of Jimmy Glick was sad and funny at the same time. I did not know the amount of musical talent both these men had, wow.

    Very stupid conversation

by Shellbones on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Martin short was very funny, Steve Martin was boring and awkward. At one point he brought his dog on stage and played the banjo, boring.

    Full Belly Laughs

by cndtinkerbell on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

The comedic chemistry between Martin Short & Steve Martin was magical! We laughed so hard, we cried, we wheezed, it was tremendous. Absolutely loved this rare opportunity to be so intimately entertained by two comedic legends.

Steve and Martin were superb !!

by cate on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Steve and Martin have such great chemistry. They were amazing. I took my daughter as she loves comedy and it was totally appropriate. It was a great way to support Martha Hart who is such an inspiration to us all as she has handled the loss of Owen with such grace.

    Steve and Martin

by Unrepentant on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

They gave a very funny (as expected) evening. Watching Martin Short and his motions and facial expressions is like watching a cartoon character at times. Steve played the straight man to a T.

It fit the 'event' to perfection.

by Bonbon777 on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Steve Martin is one of my favorite comedians in whatever venue he chooses to partake of, i.e., movies, skits etc. I thoroughly enjoyed him as well as Martin Short whom I'm less familiar with. Great event.

    A litte flat....

by critic47 on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

Frankly, the show came up a little short (no pun intended) for me. Martin Short was fantastic but Steve Martin didn't seem to be in his best form - until he picked up the banjo. Had it not been for a worthwhile charity - I feel the ticket prices were too steep for the product delivered.

    The BEST stupid conversation ever!!

by Lyndy20 on 2013-09-09Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium - Calgary

This was an amazing evening; two of the funniest, most down to earth performers there is, and all in support of a very good cause.

    Fantastic!

by cejo on 2011-06-23The Chicago Theatre - Chicago

This concert was extremely entertaining. Steve Martin and Martin Short spent 2 hours relating incidents in their career which were interesting and very funny. Video of their careers on TV and in movies were a wonderful complement to what these two wonderful comics did on stage. This concert should be repeated in other cities and could be made into a TV special. I would see this concert again. It was well worth the money.
