Strawberry Shortcake Tickets

The Doodlebops were ok although my kids didn't know who they were. Considering the show started at 1, and there was a 20 minute intermission before Strawberry took the stage and she finished at 230, it was pretty expensive for how long it was. My girls seemed happy with it though, so that's what matters. We bought 2 light-up necklaces on the way out, and one of them had already stopped working by the time we got home! At $10 each, we got ripped off and had a little girl with a broken heart.

We purchased tickets mainly to see the Doodlebops. My husband and I were expecting the real characters from the tv show. We were super disappointed when 3 other individuals came out that did not sound like, or look like, the Doodlebops. My 20 month old wasn't even convinced it was DeeDee, Rooney or Moe. Their opening act was at most 15 minutes long (I think they did their opening song, the "get on the bus" song and 2 others). The stage looked empty and bare, even for the Strawberry Shortcake piece.

The show started at 4, doodlebops came on for 15 mins., then a 23 minute break which was way too long all the kids were getting restless, then strawberry came on from 4:37 - 5:26, much too short, my daughter was very disappointed, it was about a talent show which never happened!

It was a great show, however the Doodlebops could have been on longer!

The Doodlebops only played for a few minutes and Strawberry Shortcake was drawn out way too long. My kids did not even enjoy it. They asked to leave. Horribly disappointed all the way around.

I thought the show was cute and my 2 year old daughter loved it. I thought it seemed a little cheap prop and stage wise. But pretty good for the price.

The Venue, Jubilee Calgary, was and has always been a great, clean friendly place! But we are here to talk about the Strawberry Short Cake and DoodleBop show. Why would you advertise that the DoodleBops are here in concert and not have the original DoodleBops on stage???? What an absolute disappointment! I mean, would you do that for any other performer? Most likely not!! and the fact that the concert ended up being cut short, another disappointment!! Kids are not stupid, some are able to tell the difference! Strawberry Short Cake was cute with cute costumes, but lacked in stage decor. I know we didn't pay a fortune for tickets, but effort should be made 100% even for a children's concert!!

The Doodlebops were ok and there were many children in the audience that loved them. I truly found the Strawberry Shortcake presentation excellent. They looked and acted just as the characters do on TV, my granddaughters loved them and were excited to be there. Good show.

My daughter was not too impressed with the Doodlebops but loved the Berry Bitty City Girls! She loved the costumes the most.

The show was good but not what we expected. My daughter watches the Doodlebops on TV every day and absolutely loves them! We were very disappointed when the "doodlebops" on stage were not the real Doodlebops from the TV show. Aside from that though, it was good.

FANTASTIC my granddaughter enjoyed it so much. I am so glad I took her and look forward to future concerts

The costume were excellent, the "berries" had great voices, enjoyed the music!

The show was enjoyable for my daughter. I wish she would have been able to meet strawberry shortcake and have a picture with her. My daughter was dressed up as Strawberry Shortcake!

Quite boring and lacked any real story line to the music or act. It did very little to keep the attention of the kids, I could look around and see a lot of restless little ones. Very little if any interaction from the stage to the crowd, even the back drop or stage set up was poor and next to nothing. Sound was also loud and muffled and hard to understand what they were saying.

This show was super cute and my 3 year old daughter loved it!

My daughter and I loved the show! We cannot wait to go to the next one! Everyone put on such a fantastic show!
