Excellent show - this is the third Vinyl Cafe I've attended and it has never disappointed. What a great audience. Who knew that it would appeal to such a wide audience - from age 6 to 90. That is remarkable. I look forward to next year.
We so enjoyed last years show. The first half of this years show was equally terrific. The second half was not very enjoyable. The multitude of short stories in a short time period doesn't work. We are there to hear the spinning of the story not the plot lines. The gospel music doesn't work especially when the song's chorus line goes on and on and on. The use of the kids from the audience coming on stage is also fine but not when it becomes a main part of the show which it definitely did on Saturday night.
It was great! My son is 16 years old and he asked me to go with him. This summer we went to see Jerry Seinfeild. He said that Stuart was more funny. Chapeau!
