    A Dream Come True <3

by Uki775 on 2010-07-05DTE Energy Music Theatre - Clarkston

Unforgettable extremely enjoyable concert. Professional bands in a respectable venue. It was definitely the time of my life. Been a fan of Styx, Gowan, Kansas and Foreigner since I can remember and I still am. The best night of my life. Thank you so much - I will return again <3 <3 <3. Love all of you <3 <3 <3

Styx stole the show - awesome!

by RenegadeAD1928 on 2010-07-04DTE Energy Music Theatre - Clarkston

I wish we had left earlier as we got stuck in traffic and missed most of Kansas who have always been one of my favs. They sounded great from the little bit that we saw. Styx were bang on all night and the sound was perfect. I'd watch them again tomorrow if I could! Too bad about Foreigner though. The mixing was poor and the new lead singer definitely isn't Lou Gramm. There were instances of feedback that shouldn't be there in a professional show and it seemed that they were just trying to be too loud and were pushing the equipment to its limits. Feedback, reverb and muddy and we were right beside the mixing station so they should have noticed! On the positive side, the lead singer had lots of energy and covered well when the worst case of feedback occurred and Mick Jones can still bring it!!

    Foreigner + Styx + Kansas = AMAZING

by RDizzle on 2010-06-29DTE Energy Music Theatre - Clarkston

I travelled from Ontario, Canada to see the show in Michigan. It was, simply put, a great show. All three bands played exceptionally well, the venue is top notch (I will be returning, no question), and the overall experience was terrific. If you have never seen the bands before, but are fans of them, do not hesitate to go and see them, it is WELL worth the money!

    Foreigner and Styx with Kansas

by Lionesse65 on 2010-06-29DTE Energy Music Theatre - Clarkston

Kansas opened the night and were totally amazing. It was nice to know the old songs and be able to sing and dance along to them. Styx made their appearance next and as always were totally awesome. They sounded the same as they did 36 years ago. Then Foreigner made their appearance and once again all was awesome. It was nice to hear the history of foreigner and how they broke up only be be brought back together with new people and to sound the same. they were totally amazing too. I bought Foreigners new CD, Cant slow Down as it was so awesome that Foreigner gave half the proceeds from Cd sales to the childrens choir and music on the move. I also bought a T shirt, united in rock with all 3 groups on it, along with their 2010 schedule to have as a souvenir. Great time was had by all, and would recommend any or all of these groups to anyone wanting a great evening out.

    Styx stole the show....again.

by N8Dawg on 2010-06-28DTE Energy Music Theatre - Clarkston

When will Styx learn that they are the headliners? Foreigner were....okay, but I'd much rather have listened to more Styx and Kansas.

    FORGETABLE VENUE

by JJJF on 2010-06-23Bank of America Pavilion - Boston

We drove from Montreal to see these 3 awesome bands. They were just as good to watch as they were in the 70's but they were not as good to hear as they were in the 70's, The sound was horrible ! At times it sounded like they were playing a different song than the one they had intended to play. It just didn't come out right.

Even though these bands were not all the original members, well worth going for the show. Music was awesome!

    Foreigner Saved the Day

    by Dodger1 on 2010-05-24Dodge Theatre - Phoenix

Thank goodness for Foreigner who were excellent because the other two bands were average to poor, at best. Other than their two well-known hits, Kansas had little to offer. Styx was oppressively loud and not very good.

Styx and Foreigner in Vegas Rocked!

by coronas on 2010-05-24Mandalay Bay Resort - Las Vegas

It was an amazing concert. Foreigner just rocked the house. They have so many songs that you forgot they sang. Then Styx came on and and their sound is so tight and clear.

Foreigner great, Kansas ok, Styx bad

by Vegas1 on 2010-05-23Mandalay Bay Resort - Las Vegas

Foreigner was really good. The lead singer, not the original, was high energy, entertaining and had a good voice - quite authentic. They played lots of their hits and two new numbers from the new album. Their concert was fun and highly danceable. Kansas was mostly good. They played two hits which had everyone up dancing and cheering. Their lead singer has a great voice but the band drowned it out on other numbers. Styx was loud and obnoxious. Their hits were mostly unrecognizeable and just plain loud.
