Tash Sultana is a multi-instrumentalist who went from busking the streets of Melbourne, Australia, to releasing platinum-selling albums and appearing on high-profile festival stages like Coachella, Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits. In 2016, their DIY recording of “Jungle” catapulted them to international fame, with the YouTube clip receiving over 1.6 million views. In 2017, with just one EP under their belt, Sultana became the first pre-debut artist to sell out three shows at London’s Brixton Academy. Flow State (2018) became Sultana’s debut studio album, spawning the popular tracks “Mystik” and “Murder to the Mind,” each showcasing Sultana’s laid-back and soulful stylings. NME described the Aussie’s second album, Terra Firma (2021), as “a record made by someone with something poignant to say.” On March 13, 2023, Sultana released “James Dean,” the lead single off their 2023 EP Sugar, as they prepared to embark on an expansive North American tour.

Was an amazing experience, Tash is extremely talented artist and puts all emotion into the music. We loved the show. Plz come back to Toronto soon!
The Tash Sultana concert at Rebel was one of the best shows I have ever seen (and being in my 50s, I have seen a lot of concerts.) Sultana’s live performance was outstanding with lots of energy and professionalism. The songs were so good live. It is amazing how many instruments Sultana plays without it seeming gratuitous. Overall, I give this show a much deserved 5 star rating. Glad to see Tash Sultana close up before Canadians recognize Sultana for the superstar that they are.
As I said. This was the absolute best concert I have ever been to. They were just phenomenal. Amazing vocals, amazing music, amazing atmosphere. The best thing about it was every person in that building was there because they love Tash and you could feel it. I’ve never left a concert and said, without a doubt in my mind, I will see them every single opportunity I can.
What else can I say about Tash Sultana. She's an absolute amazing multi instrumental musical talent!!! Her energy is beyond words and shows her passion and love for her music 🎶 Rebel is a beautiful club with a spectacular Toronto skyline view. The sound quality was very good. @Rebel: My only remark is that the drinks are really expensive. If it was less expensive I would have bought more drinks.
Unlike any show I’ve seen, Tash was amazing and truly so talented. I go to a ton of concerts but can easily say that their performance was incredible. They had so much energy and really out on an amazing show, not to mention plays like 7 instruments. Amazing talent, and they somehow sound better in person! Would go and see them again in a heartbeat!!
This is one of my favorite experencies in life, the vibe was beautiful and it was what I needed to heal (part of it at least) i cried of joy and nostalgia
Great to hear music not necessarily made for a north American audience. It was music. It was being created in front of us. We were witnesses to the creative process. Other than wishing we sat at the first row upstairs, so that we could have the option to sit. It was a great show.
Only 5 stars for Tash and her performance, it was an absolute treat. She is as talented as ever. Her music never fails to bring tears to my eyes. Everything else gets a 1 star. Ticketmaster was brutally unorganized, and I paid A LOT for my ultimate VIP experience which they were very careless about. I NEVER got my stage tour, and I found out at the venue that I would be getting my VIP merch bundle sent to my house! That’s supposed to be apart of the experience!!!! Not to mention “early entry” was- well- late. Very very unorganized, and not even an apology. I wish artists would ditch Ticketmaster. They deserve to sink.
What a performer. Triple, quadruple, multiple threat. So much love, time and respect for Tash. The production and performance of her own music is outstanding, captivating and next level. Superstar. It's beyond me that there are people on this planet still that are yet to be entranced by her music.
Tash is an incredible musician, composer and performer. They truly are one of a kind. Never pass up on an opportunity to see them. There are some people in this world who dedicate their entire being to music with no holds barred, and we are graced with the gift of witnessing it. Sound quality was poor for the first half, lots of distortion and the mix seemed off. It didn’t come together like other performances. Regardless, thank you Tash.
The amount of effort Tash puts into her performance is shocking.
Tash is an incredible performer and their talent is unbelievable. The show was fantastic!
Tash Sultana is phenomenal. Best concert ever, on par with BB King and Santana. To be honest I knew she’d be good. I love her music. I’m in awe of her talent. But experiencing her live, WOW! I must thank the person who introduced me to her music. I missed her concert last year. I did not expect her to come back to the Orpheum barely a year later. When Spotify informed me of her coming back, instantly I bought tickets. I hope and pray she will be back again at the Orpheum. I will buy better seats. Tash thank you thank you! Your music your giving it your soul touched my soul.
I really enjoyed Tashs' show!! I saw her last year as well, before the new band members were added. I would prefer more solo Tash but I understand how the music business works! I was fortunate to be able to give them a big hug prior to her leaving. They're a beautiful soul and I will hope to see her again at the Orpheum.
Watching her felt like I was in the presence of greatness. She is truly gifted and talented. 10/10 recommend her and if you get the opportunity to watch her in her element consider yourself lucky! Truly an incredible musician.
Tash Sultana is amazing! I never saw someone so talented and skilled in so many different way. She is a music genius!!! Best concert I have ever been to!
Incredible experience watching Tash build songs live, and to see them feel their music. I understand now why Tash is one of the top rated live performances in the world.
I literally said if I died tomorrow, this would be a good way to go. She's amazing.
Tash legit bumped her way up to the best concert I have EVER seen, and I’ve travelled around the world for shows. I loved her before, but seeing her live makes you become slightly obsessed….her music sounds soooo much different once you see how fkn insanely talented she is. Go see her..:don’t even think…just go, wherever it is. I promise you cannot be disappointed by the show that is Tash Sultana. I’m still talking about it weeks later to anyone who will listen:
