Taylor Tomlinson Tickets

Taylor was amazing- I have no issues with the show itself- even warm up comedian was hilarious. But if you send out an email day of show to tell people to arrive early because of security. The show is to start at 7, then the doors to auditorium should be locked at 7. Then all the people who don’t think rules apply to them will finally learn something! And to the drunk people beside us that kept leaving- 6 times in one hour- you shouldn’t be serving them that much alcohol. No drinks once show starts- no brainer- it’s an hour🙄

first off, show started really really late. but more importantly, Taylor wasn’t really funny. I thought she was hilarious in her netflix specials but in person….this show….not so much.

The opening girl from Canada was great, could tell she was nervous but once she got rolling she was good. Taylor was of course great. Had lots of laughs. Loses the fifth star because the show was supposed to start at 7:00pm, and the opener didn't come on until 7:40pm. Perhaps no fault of the comedians, but would've been nice to have had it start on time or known beforehand that it would be a late start

This was my first ever live comedy experience, and wow, did Taylor absolutely kill it. Sitting in the front row was the most anxiety filled best experience I've had all year, and I even got used in one of her jokes near the end! Even though it was a suicide joke...whoops.

Taylor Tomlinson is a comic genius, and she does not rest on her laurels. She just keeps getting bolder, more insightful and, most important, funnier. I’d give this show five stars, but how could I rate her next time?

First off, Taylor Tomlinson was amazing! Loved seeing her live!! No complaints at all about her! However… the show started 45 minutes late. With no explanation. So, we were sitting in our seats for an hour with nothing happening. It was very annoying, as we had a babysitter waiting for us and were becoming very frustrated. We even heard other muttering about whether or not they should just leave. If the delay was caused by security (bag and wand checks for everyone were required), we urge you to get to the Jubilee EARLY if you’re notified that bag/wand checks will be happening. After a 45 min delay, we then had to sit through a terrible opening act. My preference would have been to skip that part entirely, especially after a delay. After the show, people became confused leaving the jubilee parkade. More delays… The Jubilee could benefit from a parking attendant guiding traffic. Anyway, was it worth it? Yes- because I loved Taylor so much. But the overall experience could have been better.

Taylor Tomlinson’s ability to be both hilarious and insightful is amazing. She never fails to make me laugh while also making me feel a little less alone. My 2 main complaints would be the opener and the the seats at the venue. The opener did about 5 minutes of fat jokes while the venue was full of many plus size people, those jokes mostly fell flat but I did enjoy some of her material. And the seating is so incredibly small that even my petite friend was uncomfortable.

The good - Taylor is very funny. Smooth delivery and there was lots of laughs The bad - show was very short. Only 70 min, plus a short opening act The ugly - show started super late. Was supposed to be 7, ended up closer to 7:45.

Been looking forward to TT Ms appearance. She’s not just an up and comer anymore with two nights at the Jube. Some of her newer material seemed a little weak, too much “family” humour we have kind of heard before. She has some good, strong, observation humour and she should continue to develop that! Her show was a little disappointing from the standpoint that the sound was uncharacteristically poor Saturday night! Not sure why! The Jube usually has great sound, couldn’t hear some of her material well which didn’t help! Security was tight! Metal detectors and the like. Really weird as less than a week before there was zero for the Blue Rodeo concert! Lastly, Shows are starting too late. Might have been the security slowing things down but a 7 PM start should be a 7 PM start not 7:40. People need to get into their seats and let’s go. Warm up act is there to get them going, bring them on! She was good as well but also suffered sound issues…. All in all, very good show, love comedy, enjoyed myself but somethings could have been better…

Taylor is amazing. Opening act was weak. Show was supposed to start at 7pm. Doors opened and people seated at 630pm. Taylor didn't go on until 745pm. Ass was numb before the show started. Was pretty furious and regretting our decision to go see her live instead of waiting for the next Netflix special. But once she took the stage all was forgotten. Would pay to see again.

She went on 40 minutes late. I felt like it completely disrespected my time, and really turned me off going to see her in the future. I'll just wait til her stuff comes out on Netflix.

Both acts were phenomenal and would see again! Shame the show started almost an hour late with no notice as to why. Sat waiting just as long as the show lasted.

Taylor is one of my favourites and she didn't disappoint! Her content was new, relevant, perfectly-timed, and hilarious. I'm so glad I finally got to see her live! There were long lines to get in because of more security than I've ever seen at the Jube, but such is 2023 I guess. It didn't reflect on the performance, and she addressed the delay in the opening moments of her show. Can't wait to see her again sometime :)

Amazing performance from Miss. Tomlinson! Never been disappointed in anything she's come out with! Only thing I have in comment is for SAIT. Sound system needs to be updated big time! Especially for something where being able to hear the words spoken is integral to the experience. Thankfully Taylor also has clear speech. The opening act was funny, but the speed and way in which she spoke made it hard to understand sometimes. I'm sure she was way better than I thought due to not being able to pick up on a lot of what was being said. SAIT, up your game!

So good. Laughed the entire time. She is so talented. Her jokes, delivery, physicality - everything was pure gold.

We were really excited to see Taylor live, but ended up really disappointed. The speakers in the theatre were either not working or just were set so low that we were unable to hear the performance. I would say that we maybe hear 5% of the show. This isn't really an indictment on Taylor or her set, but more so just frustration with the venue.

This was the second time I got to see her live and I honestly loved it. She is so funny and keeps getting better every time I see her stand-up. Lots of laughs and relatable content. Thanks Taylor for another awesome night out with friends!

The event was amazing the only thing was it started a bit later than the posted time. Will go again when she comes back.

The audio quality was terrible in the space. This seemed to be the general consensus of everyone we spoke with. We couldn't hear anything the opening act said and it was very hard to hear Taylor. This venue is supposed to be a quality sound venue, someone didn't do their job properly.
