I really enjoyed seeing the vets and rookies of TDE. Was disappointed that Sza didn’t make it out, but it was understandable given the issues with her vocal chords. There was no announcement from anyone on the tour during the show that she wasn’t going to be on the Toronto stop. Would have been nice if it was acknowledged (still love TDE regardless) :)
One word...FIRE!!!! Too bad SZA couldn’t perform. But Kenny lit it up!!!
The beginning of the show started a little slow but once jay rock started he got the crowd up and vibing, School boy Q came in and hyped up everyone and was amazing and then Kendrick came and killed it, over all the show was amazing
The show was kept perfectly on time, no delays between any of the acts; which was AMAZING.S Started right on time and ended at a reasonable time.
Championship theme was awesome - really makes it feel like a show when they commit to the stage dec and even Ab Soul was holding a bow & arrow the whole time he was performing! Unfortunately SZA couldn't perform, but Jay Rock, Schoolboy and Kendrick were amazing. Even got to hear SiR for the first time, who I would now like to check out on Spotify. My only beef with the event is that A) they performed King's Dead twice and both times skipped Kendrick's last verse, and B) (and most importantly) Ticketmaster did as Ticketmaster does by charging ridiculous extra fees. Otherwise, the show was great and the venue presented no issues.
We should’ve been offered refunds when Sza pulled out. She’s a major headliner and the reason why many people bought tickets. Kendrick’s set was too short. The sound was terrible. Dj was wack. At the worst concert venue in the city. Definitely my last ever TDE show.
Really awesome show. Kendrick Lamar, SchoolBoy Q, Jay Rock, AB-SOUL and Sir Lance SkiiWalker were all awesome. Sad SZA didn't make it but that's on the record label not on Ticketmaster. The lawn seats are totally worth the price, as the crowd makes it even more fun!
for those of us who bought tickets to come and see SZA, it would have been appreciated to have been informed so we can manage our expectations and have the opportunity to return our tickets.
What happened to SZA??? Love Kendrick Lamar but I've seen him twice before. The ONLY reason I purchased these tickets was to see SZA, who for reasons still officially unknown, did not appear. Why didn't ticketmaster or live nation send a notification or make an announcement? The show wasn't what I actually signed up for.
There wasn’t any notification of when the meet and greet was and as a result I missed it. You guys need to send reminders about these as fans have invested their hard earned money
